Fuji Steakhouse House

We arrived at 630 and it was packed with a high school homecoming kids. We sat at bar and drank a volcano and rum runner drink. It was delicious. Hats iff to bartender. About 15min later we were seated. Our waitresses was nice. The cook was outstanding and funny. We had a blast. Food was very good.

Pretty standard hibachi. Had a very nice cook. Easy conversation. I've been to other Fuji steakhouses that give you both Rice and noodles for same price but this one only gives you rice, noodles are extra. Just putting that out since not all chains with this name have same food/ prices apparently.

The service was good and the ginger salad dressing was great. The steak looked like dog food. The shrimp was clearly bought in the freezer section at Walmart and warmed up. The "fried rice" was white rice with a little soy sauce in it. The worst I've ever had. It's sad, I grew up eating at Fujis but I won't be back. Actually left after two bites.

Very good atmosphere (although we got the least enthusiastic hibachi cheft) the waitresses were nice and attentive food portion where appropriate for price

The food is excellent! Hibachi is a real talent. The service here is impeccable. Your needs are filled before asking. We have one who didn't want hibachi and had sushi instead. Their sushi is fresh and large. Very well priced for entire rolls. The atmosphere is amazing. It lifts your spirits up. Birthdays are always special here with song and a cupcake with a candle. We usually have a large group and never have a problem getting seated quickly. The Long Island Iced Tea was about the size of a juice glass and $6.95. No way was there the number of ingredients in a LIIT. Beer is a better choice at $3.75 a bottle. For kids, it is a real show.
Wish I could go every weekend!

Went here and had the steak and shrimp combo. It was bad. Dry chicken and overcooked steak. Noodles and rice were so soaked in soy sauce. Food took a while to be ordered as well. Not recommended.

We went on a Tuesday night and sat for over 20 minutes waiting for service. During this time my daughter and I watched as at least 4 servers stood around chatting, and one was hitting on the bar tender. I had to raise my hand to finally get someone to notice me. As for the food, we had sushi. It was ok but not the best in town.

The atmosphere at the restaurant is amazing as well as the service. The food was also amazing for a great price! I would definitely recommend this place for hibachi! 10/10 definitely will go here again!

Very professional management. The staff is always friendly and hard working. Favorite place for sushi in town!

I bit the bullet and gave this place another chance. My last visit here was absolutely terrible and I had written it off and found another Hibachi spot to patron.
My go-to spot was closed to we came here. The food was on point and fantastic. Clearly there is a difference in food quality when you choose the Hibachi grill option vs the dining area.
I guess this spot can be taken off my shit-list but only if the hibachi option is available. I still won't use their dining area option where the food comes prepared in the kitchen.
