Fuddruckers

This fudruckers is really run down I walked in at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday and I was the only person here in this huge restaurant . I'm sure it won't last long before they decide to close down . The drink machines are down even tho I paid for a drink , the sodas they do have from their run down machine are all nasty tasting. But this place still gets 3 stars because the burger and fries were still dam good I must say

I'm worried about this place, because it has really gone downhill. If you would have asked me pre-pandemic I would have said this is on of the best Fuddruckers ever! However, post pandemic...I don't know what is going on. I've come here when the soda machines are broken. The other time I came here no one bothered to clean any of the tables. SInce they could not get my husband's gift card to work, we decided to not stay.

This place use to be so friendly, fast, and clean.

I don't know what is going on. Maybe it needs new management? I will probably check it out in a few months to see if things improved. This is one of those places, that I would like to update with good news, but for now, this is an avoid location, until they can get a bit more organized, stay on top of tables better, and have more staff able to take orders, and more cook staff since orders take longer now than before.

It's just really sad. This place use to be so lovely and amazing. Now, I don't know what it is, but I'm not liking it.

One of the worst hamburgers I've ever had. I'm not sure what they make the meat patty out of but it is not ground beef in my opinion not fresh store very dirty poor service never come here again if I could give it zero stars, I would.
Bathroom smell very bad

The cashier was very nice.
That's about it...It was very disappointing.

The food looks good but it is a far cry from it's glory days.

We went after not been able to eat for almost 24 hours and looking forward to a good, juicy burger, fresh fries and that jalapeño cheese.

The burger I ordered was 1/2 lb, cooked medium, with mushrooms, cheese & bacon.
Didn't get bacon and realized too late.
It looked more like a 1/3lb.
It was cooked more like a medium rare.
The fries were on the cold side and tasted like old oil.
The jalapeño cheese was runny.

Hubby opted for a grilled chicken sandwich as turkey burgers were not available.

The vegetable bar looked great.

No silverware selection either.

Tables were dirty. Didn't looked like they have been wiped down. We were there before 11:30. They open at 11, so don't think them being busy and no time to wipe down was the issue.

I had not been here ages, however glad I paid a visit.

Food
Unfortunately, they didn't have any of the plant based sauces that I requested.
Although, they burger I had, provided me with craving desire for another one, but I could not do it. It really a good burger nonetheless. I love the fact that you get to dress the burger fresh with pickles, tomatoes, lettuce and a variety of choices.

Service
I was greeted at entry and my order taken right away, which made for prompt service and not a long wait. Of course it's always helpful to get your drink while waiting as they have an astronomical amount of flavors to choose from.

Ambiance
Everything with in my vision was clean, especially the veggie bar were the dressing and condiments are.

We used to come to this location quite frequently so when the girls said they wanted to eat there I had little resistance. Empty lot should have been a clue. Daughter ordered a TexMex burger, however they were out of avocado, huh?? I attempted to order tots. Another thing that they were out of. Drink machine was out of order and they were currently out of tea. Got past those obstacles, and got a simple burger. All burgers were cooked incorrectly, and sometime seemed "off" with the actual patty. Our group also got a order of chicken strips. Not sure it the oil was dirty or they were overcooked, but they looked to be burnt. The only positives were the fries were hot and the milk shakes were as expected. The food issues and the feeling that the restaurant was dirty, will keep me from returning to this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is filthy. The employees have terrible attitudes. The food is not good. They are out of everything. And they don't care. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving on. How do you not have ketchup, chicken tenders, tater tots, ice cream or hamburgers? These are your staples. Only one of your soda machines works and over half of the product is out of stock anyways. My guess is this place is getting ready to shutter. You did not have enough food to fulfill my order so you just didn't. Wow.

They had no milkshakes. The soda machience was down so they had to use cans of soda. There was hair on my cup to pour my drink in from the can. They were out of cheese, manyoise. The service was alright. The ambiance was good.

Fuddruckers used to be my spot when I was a kid. I remember it used to be sooo good and popular back in the day.
They have big size burgers for about $12-16 depending what sizes you want. It's a little "ghetto", This place gives me a little bit of dirty vibes, bathrooms are a bit gross. There was a long line around 8PM and only 1 register was working. Line moves pretty slow so you'll have time to decide what you want to order from the menu. My go to order used to be the mushroom Swiss but they took that off so now I ordered the hangover (American cheese, bacon and fried egg) 1/2lb burger. The food still tastes pretty decent. What's best about this place is probably their melted cheddar cheese and jalapeño cheddar cheese

Don't go to this location!!!
The service was horrible!
We ordered the Texas burger and it came out plain. When we asked for it the way it is on the menu, we were told they couldn't give it to us that way. They had to give it to us on the side. Then, they didn't even get that correct. Instead of trying to make it right, they were argumentative and rude, especially the kitchen staff who hand the food over.
It isn't hard to find better burgers and better service.
