Fuddruckers

Great burger place and love the new location! My absolute favorite is the Avocado Crunch burger and onion rings.

We don't live in Lubbock - was visiting. Dont have anything else to say. Thank you for responding - I don't have anything else to say.

Door was locked at 7:30 had to wait for someone to unlock it. Food was cold when called to pick up.

Lettuce was not fresh. Onion slices were too large.

The place was not clean from the front door to the bathroom. It needs a good steam cleaning or something.

Do not intend to eat at this Fuddruckers again.

Warning before you use the web ordering. There is no difference in "Top it myself (pick up only)" and "Fidd way". Made it all the way home only to find that the Fudd way I added was not included. When I called them they wanted me to drive back across town to correct it. They also forgot the mushrooms and bacon that is extra cost. Buyer beware if you order online.

2 cheeseburgers (one 1/2lb & 1 1/3lb), 2 orders of fries and 2 waters-- $28
and it was NOT GOOD. Buns were cold. 1/2lb burger was cooked just a touch over rare when ordered medium. Some toppings seemed fresh-purple onions and tomatoes but the others appeared old and not appealing. Their famous jalapeno cheese sauce was mislabeled-contained no peppers and it appeared VERY watered down-have never seen it like that. There were only 2-3 other tables at noon so they weren't busy at all but front doors were nasty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days. I mean this place has been steadily declining but we both agreed that sadly it would probably be our last visit. WAY overpriced for a way below mediocre lunch for sure.

Not sure where to start. We go out of our way to come to Fuddruckers when we travel from Colorado. We were so disappointed in the service. Out of 5 of us only the kids meal was correct. Everyone asked for the "meal" and only one had the onion rings. Others that ordered French fries got none. We were informed we could go thru line again to pay for them, while our burgers got cold???. Also, this place was beyond filty!!! Pretty bad when your shoes literally stick to the carpet. There was also someone sleeping in the corner booth. Not sure if it was an employee or not. Either way, not a place for a nap. Don't come here if you still remember how good Fudds USED to be.

Amazing food and friendly atmosphere....kind of country like on the inside....highly recommend this place

Always a great burger! The amount of items they have to compliment the burger is almost overwhelming. Need to visit more often.

Best chicken sandwich ever. I have always loved their grilled chicken sandwich and I often crave it. The sweet potato fries and toppings bar just make it better !
