BIGGBY COFFEE

This has to be the worst location ever! It's dirty, their coffee tastes like pure syrup, it doesn't matter which specialty drink you get, they all taste the same! Also, for a coffee shop they keep running out of creamer! WTF?! Seriously??

And don't let me forget to mention they employ people with no customer service skills, that have no business working with the public - ex. This tall heavy set woman that always has an attitude, rude and very confrontational... don't get in her way! I'm just waiting for her to jump over that counter one day on a customer...

Any who... By far the worst location I've ever been to!!

I am not a fan of Biggby but I will be coming here pretty often since I will be in the building next door studying ALL THE TIME!

Is it me or the place super hyper? Who mixes marshmallows and coffee?

Best hot chocolate ever! All the young ladies are very nice and helpful. Keep up the good work....

The DMC FINALLY has a coffee place.

The downfalls of the DMC Biggby:

1. I ordered an iced tea once, they didn't have iced tea but already rang me up for it. It took more than 10 minutes to get a bleeping refund. Holy bejeebus did that irk me. I almost walked out because it wasn't worth the aggravation for $2.50.
2. Their coffees are about 25% more expensive than Starbucks. I know, I know, you didn't think anything COULD be more expensive than Starbucks.
3. Stale baked goods. Hella stale. My rice crispy treat was soggy (2x).
4. Coffee is not that good.
5. Hours do not justify its existence. Coffee shop in a hospital = 24 hours in my perfect world. This place closes at 6pm.

I always enjoy Biggby, but this location is one of the best! Whenever one of my children has an appointment at Children's we pay them a visit. The employees are always super friendly and treat everyone like they are important. This location gets especially busy due to all the hospital employees stopping in and they never fail to greet you with a smile and suggestions.

Horrible staff ....terrible and rude customer service... Especially at night.... Will not be going back again .... Wish I could give zero stars but I can't ...

While pricy the staff is wonderful.. I say that not only because I work at the Hospital but they really are. They are fun, jovial and down to earth. The freezes are my thing and Ive never had a bad one. They are open 24 Hours a day since Aug of 2011 now which is good..

The people who work here are always so nice! I come here almost every day and they're pretty fast, except for on Sundays, when usually there's only one person working! Biggby is a little expensive, but there aren't really any other options around the hospital.

Pretty quick service. I always get the caramel marvel or the strawberry banana smoothie. The employees are really nice. I love how there is room upstairs for seating and studying. I come here more than I need to!

This place was fine except for they gave me the wrong coffee two times in a row, and I paid for it. When I walked back in the next day they would not refund me as I went to work and had to drink what someone else ordered. I want to go back, but they made me pay for someone elses coffee two days in a row.
