      My car was broken into and window smashed, which is obviously a stressful experience. After attempting to use Gerber and getting different stories from each person I talked to (do they service Seattle? don't they? I will never know.) The manager at Safelite was phenomenal and helped me through the entire process.They got my car in that day and had it back to me the next day. It was a generally stress free experience during an overall very stressful time. Hopefully I will not have to be back, but if I need glass work done would definitely pick this spot!

      I have some remaining rattling in the door so will be calling them to schedule a check, but know I am in great hands.

      Safelit sends their techs out to you. The repair is super fast and super convenient. Really couldn't get any easier or simpler.

      First of all I have to say I've never received such bad customer service experience in my life until now. And I'm writing this because I hope nobody would go through what I've been through and treated like this!

      I first called in and wanted to have my back window glass replaced, and was told I would receive the service on the following Monday. I also received the email confirming the afternoon for the service. On Monday morning I received a call and was told they don't have my glass in stock and would need to reschedule to a Thursday morning as the next earliest appointment. Then I received a call on Thursday that my appointment will need to be rescheduled for Friday afternoon, then Friday again the service did not come and I got a call for appointment on Saturday afternoon, and once again I called and was told the glass was shipped out only on Friday afternoon from warehouse in California and would not be able to receive it until the next week Monday and that my appointment will need to be changed again!!!!!

      I've called in at least 4 times and each time I was greeted with " sorry there's nothing we can do" or "the shop don't open on weekends". I basically received FAKE and EMPTY Appointments. Not only I had to rearrange my personal work appointments each time and had to patiently wait for their service on specific time slots. I was not being treated with respect especially on my conversation with one of the Manager Josh that "there's nothing we can compensate you" all we can do is cancel your appointment. Are you kidding me? That's how you do business? Just walk away after I've been so patient and understanding that you have a BIG GLITCH on your system that your appointment times are not promising! If you are unable to provide the service then say it in the first place.

      'm a tough critic. The online appointment system was easy to use and promised an appointment the next day, which was great. The guy showed up on time after texting me to expect him. Also great.

      The young man was polite and professional. The work took a bit longer than promised, but that can be expected. And he swept/vacuumed the broken glass in and around my car. I did find some glass pieces in and around the car.

      Customers will always be happier when the work is done in less time than expected and it's a good idea to pad the time when setting customer expectations. Finding a few pieces of window glass in my console was a bit disconcerting even if it's not sharp. And as this happened in my garage space, I had to sweep up some more as I didn't want to keep driving over it each day.

      Removing 100% of the broken glass should be the goal. Certainly 100% of the visible glass.

      But all in all, having them come to me at my convenience and finishing it the next morning is good service. A solid B to Bplus from a tough critic.

      I've had 2 windows replaced through Safelite. The associates definitely create relationships in their personal attention, attention to detail and all around incredible service. I won't hesitate to refer them or continue to use them again in any glass replacement I may need.
      I've had nothing but Top Notch Service, product and experiences.

      Justin and his team were absolutely amazing. I had an emergency, despite not having any time, they fit me in for a same day change.
      I arranged for late night pickup, but there was a misunderstanding, nonetheless, his team immediately found a solution for me, and Justin, personally called to apologize and guarantee service. This team is just formidable.

      The online method to schedule a mobile appointment at my work was really easy. The technician called me when he was on the way, and arrived during the time window. I was texted throughout and could even track his drive and ETA on a map. He did a quick and thorough job replacing the glass and answering my questions. I can't comment on price because I didn't shop around, but it seemed reasonable.

      A huge THANK YOU to Justin Boedighelmer and his team at Safelite Autoglass in Seattle.

      I was on a business trip from Portland and my Subaru Crosstrek was broken in to while in a covered parking garage at the downtown LaQuinta Inn but that is a whole different review.

      Kudos to my AAA Insurance company and Safelite Autoglass for getting my window replaced on short notice.

      Safelight kicks ass and balls!

      It's a bummer you really only deal with Safelite when things go wrong, haha. But they (at least for me) took a crappy situation and fixed it. Came out to my car in the AM to find the window smashed to bits and all over the place. I made an appt online in about 5 minutes for an overnight fix. Took my car there by 9am and they called around 1p saying they got it done early! So I had my car back within hours. None of this is cheap anywhere, but the level customer service, ease of use and the actual product were totally worth it. I don't want to see them again...but if I need to, I'll go back. (and I can't get their jingle out of my head!!)

      Oh Safelite. How I love thee...
      Location worked out great, 2 blocks away from Costco and some great lunch spots. Made reservation and locked in price quote online.
      Friendly service, clean and comfortable waiting room with free refreshments (above and beyond by my experience), speedy service, and free can of glass cleaner out the door.
      Bonus: If you need new winshield wipers, they sell them cheap and will install them for free!
