My daughter loved the pink and purple bouncy house for her 4th birthday party!
They had it set up about an hour before her party started. We had a great experience with Freedom Fun USA and will definitely use them again.

We used Freedom Fun for my son's 13th birthday. They were super easy to work with and responsive. When it looked like weather might ruin our event, they worked closely with us and were able to accommodate last min schedule changes. They took care of everything so that we could just sit back and relax. Highly recommend them for fun outside events!

This was the first time Freedom Fun USA for us. I wanted to stay local and found one 10 minutes from us. Who knew? It was a very easy process to get everything worked out. They were very responsive. I had an immediate contact after applying in the evening and was thrilled to have it all set up for the birthday. The pick up was easy too and all the staff was very friendly and professional. It was certainly not the last time to rent there.

We rented a bouncy house and snow cone, and cotton candy machines from Freedom Fun. It made our granddaughter's 5th birthday party so much fun that we did it again for my husband and son's joint birthday parties.

The drop off happened just as it was supposed to and the pick up was the same. These guys are easy to work with and their equipment is clean and in great condition. We're already planning a Halloween party and the bouncy house will be the epicenter of the fun!

Overall great experience. A couple complaints would be on inconsistent info coming from the handful of people I talked to when I asked questions about rules in the contract. Other complaint would be that they kept promising an arrival time of at least an hour early to set up but ours arrived only 40 mins early and had it set up with only 10 mins to spare before party start time. Too close for comfort. Nice staff though. Great quality bounce house.

Owner, Tim, called me to discuss and even said they would be editing the contract from my feedback. I commend any business owner who takes customer feedback that seriously. With that and the fact that he was very respectful & nice, I will bump my rating up from 4 to 5 stars.

Amazing experience with an outstanding team. Rented the Archery Hoverball and Nerf Wars for my son's 11th. It was the best birthday party set up we've ever seen. Quality products. Exceptionally professional staff. The prices are fair and I'll rent from them again.

First, allow me to say that this really is a 4.5-Star rating. (Yelp should allow half-star ratings.) Now, on to the review...

Since majority of this review will be good, and I'd like to end this review on a positive note, let me begin with why this is 4.5 instead of 5-stars.

Equipment Pick-up: So, I think Tim could use some Logistics/Warehouse Operations training, in order to make his business run more smoothly and efficiently. The time it took for me to get my equipment checked out and loaded, (about an hour), was too long. All of the equipment should have been prepped and ready for pick-up at least a day prior.

1. The remote for the DVD player that was initially pulled off the shelf failed to work. This took 10-minutes to figure out. (Had to swap out with a completely different unit set.) Had this been checked the day prior, the issue could have been identified and another 'functional' unit could have been issued.

2. Equipment Checkout procedures: Simply put, a Checklist is needed here. No reason you should be relying on your "memory" to ensure all items have been issued to the customer. Create a checklist for both you and the customer and you won't have to, (after they've left your warehouse), 'text customers to see if you included a remote control in their equipment order'. Yes, that happened!

While I understand he places his son in charge of running operations, but some training needs to be conducted here so that customers can be serviced in a much more efficient manner.

Now, onto the good stuff.

The Movie package I rented did much more than I expected! Setup was fairly easy. It only took me 30-45 minutes to setup because I did it by myself. With another hand, this is easily a 15-20 minute job. Everything really is 'Plug-n-Play.' The Projector worked really well at night, and was easy to operate. The sound was #AMAZING! Those Beringer speakers put out some serious quality sound. With the provided Mixer, adjusting the Treble and Bass made the music/movies very theater-like!

Our event didn't happen without a few hiccups but I'm writing this review because of the customer service and integrity that was shown by this company. It is so rare for any company now to take responsibility when they don't meet expectations or as advertised. These guys went above and beyond to make it right and that is why I will recommend them.
