Franklin Corner Dental

My first visit to Franklin Corner Dental in 2023 was so great that I left the office smiling. Soon after the visit their office informed me that they would be no longer in my insurance network. Although I was disappointed about it, I decided to stay with the practice because of the quality of care I received initially. A series of procedures including four gum grafts was recommended to me. I just went through the second graft. So far I am still happy and grateful for their quality care. All the procedures recommended to me were for my old dental conditions. It was disappointing that my previous dentist never even mentioned that these procedures were available. The service fees at Franklin Corner Dental seem also reasonable to me. With their care I hope to keep my dental health in good shape for a long time. And I am confident that I will.

Stay away from this office!! I moved to the area last year and chose Franklin Corner Dental based on the strong reviews and the fact that they were in my network. I'd had the same dentist for 20 years prior to moving and had no dental issues but immediately at my first routine checkup, this office started recommending me for multiple procedures -- namely gum grafts on 3 separate teeth, which they said would have to be completed asap to prevent future issues.

Not wanting to take a risk with my teeth, I went through with one of these procedures in August. At my follow up appointment in September, the dentist found a cavity, which they filled. It was at the end of this appointment when I was checking out, however, that I found out FCD was no longer in my network. This was despite having received no correspondence from the office -- not an email, a letter, a phone call, a text -- nothing about this change! It wasn't like they didn't have my info either. I'd had a gum graft, a follow-up, and a cleaning within about a month's time before they'd decided to inform me of this change.

Last week, I received a bill for $250, which when I called to get more info, turned into finding out that between the gum graft and the cavity, I would actually owe FCD over $700 thanks to this office never informing me of the insurance change!

I don't know if something has changed between all of the previous positive reviews in the past and now but from my first appointment, it felt like they were looking for issues with my teeth. It is also completely unacceptable for an office to not reach out about insurance changes. Choose Franklin Corner Dental at your own risk.

I've been coming here for 15 years and I absolutely love it. Everyone in the office is so nice and accommodating, not to mention the work they do is fantastic.

I have never felt pressured to have unnecessary procedures done. They always do the work that needs to be done!

After a major accident causing severe injury to my husband's jaw and teeth, he went to Dr. Cozzarin to repair and replace fractured and missing teeth. It has been a long, sensitive process and Dr. Cozzarin has shown him great compassion along with very detailed care. He is nearing the end of months of treatment and everything is going great despite the difficult task at hand. The dental assistants and front desk staff have all been amazing in their skills, knowledge and concern. We have always understood what work needed to be done, why and what the options were. We am very happy that we have chosen Franklin Corner Dental. He's getting my smile back!

This place wants to take your money and will push procedures and treatment that are not necessary. Be careful!

Had dentists my entire life, my first visit here was when I was 23. Somehow the dentist felt I needed braces (my teeth are great!) which raised my eyebrows. Additionally, they used a tool to try and convince me that I had future cavities. It's been a couple years and these future cavities still haven't become... Cavities.

I decided to continue to attend because I only wanted cleanings and was too lazy to find another dentist. Each visit they continued to push treatment that was very obviously unnecessary.

Eventually I had to stop going because they filed my insurance wrong and wanted me to pay. I refused and had to dispute their claim on my Credit report.

I suspect there google reviews are orchestrated. No dentist in the world has this many genuine reviews

I have been going to Franklin Corner Dental since I was a little girl and Dr. Kost is the only dentist I would EVER trust with my teeth. Since my time as his patient, I have had issues with severe TMJ and he is the most gentle, understanding dental professional. Dr. Kost puts my dental anxiety at ease, treats me as an individual case and does all he can to help keep my teeth healthy as its rather difficult with my TMJ. Shoutout to Lori R. my dental hygienist, who is amazing and really knows how to work with me. She is gentle, very knowledgeable and especially gives me breaks to rest my jaw which I so appreciate. It's not often you come across dental professionals such as these who have really made a difference in my life and my overall dental health. Everyone I have come across at Franklin Corner Dental are nothing short of exceptional and I am truly thankful for the care I have received over the years.
