Love this spa for massages! I've been to two different masseuses and both did a great job working out the knots in my back. They applied a comfortable amount of pressure while still making it relaxing.

The establishment is clean and the staff friendly. The prices can't be beat!

There is parking available and is close to other local spots.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and I definitely feel so much better when I leave from having a massage here. I like to book on the mind-body app and it's very very easy to do so. They take their time to get to know you and figure out what is causing the root of your problems. I definitely think they have done a good job with hiring and making sure the people that work here understand the body and mind connection.

On today, my girlfriend was scheduled for an massage at your spa for 9:30 that was CANCELLED at 9:30 as she was standing in the office. Highly disappointed she said "ok", can she get in the Sauna and that was unavailable as well!!!! She was looking forward to this appointment for 3/4 days and now we are left scrambling for a massage therapist on a Monday. Im not sure If this is how you run your spa establishment, but it's very disappointing to start your week off like this. The person inside said "she can get a sauna treatment when she comes in, but we don't trust you guys with the peace and spa experience she was looking for.

Not sure why there are so many 5 star ratings. I'm thinking I got a poor massage therapist. Hardly any pressure. Didn't even touch my lower back and barely worked out the knots I had in my back. I'm not sure how you give a decent massage sitting down the entire time. I'd return if I knew who to ask for but my therapist wasn't good. Disappointed in spending the money for a 90 minute massage when I had high hopes.

After long time I got good massage. This is the best place for massage.Thanks for the excellent service.

I received an email to give a "review" a day after my massage. It went to a page owned by the business and 3 days later, no one has reached out and my "review" isn't showing up in the business page, only a handful of 5 star reviews so I need my review to be heard.

First off, I show up at my appointment that had been scheduled for a month to be told that the massage therapist that I had been seeing for months was no longer there. I had been assigned to another random therapist. No one had called me to let me know or ask what I preferred. I let it go and moved on.

The massage began like normal, I was asked if there were specific issues that needed to be addressed and we discussed firmness. We agree on "firm".

It's worth mentioning that I showed up to my appointment ON TIME. I had to sit in the waiting area for about 5 minutes and then about 2-3 minutes talking and a few minutes to undress and get ready and wait for the massage to begin. You can imagine at this point it is about 10 or so minutes past my scheduled appointment time when the massage began.

During the massage, it was almost like I was getting massage oil simply rubbed on my back. No pressure whatsoever for most of the massage. I sit here 4 days after with what I have noticed as the most tension in my neck and shoulders that I have had in a long time which is not typical for the few days following a massage.

When the massage was over, I sat up and looked at the clock. You can imagine my surprise when it was exactly 1 hour after my SCHEDULED appointment time. Not the time my massage started.

I sat out in the waiting room waiting on the person I can with who got her full massage.

I gave 2 stars because up until this specific visit, I had no issues whatsoever. I won't be returning after this experience and knowing the person who I was returning to is no longer there. I only hope this can be avoided for future potential clients. Communication goes a long way. Let your clients know when there is a change. And, although it seems pretty common knowledge, don't short clients for what they are paying for.

Highly recommend this spa. Jennifer S Is amazing and has been professional and helpful in helping eliminate stress knots on my neck and shoulders. She is simply the best.

I called this morning to schedule an emergency massage for shoulder and lower back pain. Was able to get same day appointment with Jen S. and it was FANTASTIC! She listened to my issues, found others I'd forgotten and successfully resolved them for me. Will be back again soon! Facilities are new and super clean! Thanks Jen S.!!!!

I had a great facial from Camila this morning. My face looks and feels great!! Always have great massages as well, regardless of who works on me.
I can't recommend Balance enough.
