Journeys

I have been buying all my vans from this location for months now. A few weeks ago I bought 3 pairs of shoes. I went back today to return my all black slip on vans with the receipt and they told me they don't carry this shoe. She said I got them from somewhere else. She showed me how when she scanned the box it didn't show up on the screen so I don't understand. This is the only location I use. I couldn't return the shoe now I need to figure out what other place I got them from with a receipt that says "Journeys Square one mall" highly disappointed.

A typical chain store in the mall. If you are a regular to Journeys this location will not disappoint. Good selection of unique foot ware but the prices are average.

I have shopped here for years. Went into store today tried to buy a pair of shoes. Astrid told me she didn't have the shoe that was on display. Wouldn't even let Wmy go back and check for me. Then when I told her I'd buy the ones on display she told me she can not sell me the ones on display. I said I don't want a discount and I told her I bought on display here many times and wanted her name. Then she told me she lost the other shoe on display. Was so rude. Was only looking to buy new Sperrys?????

Seriously ? They should be shut down they CLEARLY sell FAKE UGGS and jack up the prices so the cost more than real uggs , I just reported them and they should be out of business soon , SCUMBAGS ripping off hard working people

I love Journeys, I have always gone there for Sperry's, Vans, and I noticed yesterday they are carrying New Balance, my favorite! I went here yesterday, about 30 minutes before closing, to buy a pair of Sperry boots. I searched them online, thankfully they had them in stock. I paid $10 to my sister for gas, to take me to Square one mall. As soon as I walked into Journeys, it took 2 minutes for someone to ask me if I needed help. Once I located the boots I asked for my size. The associate brought them to the register and ask if I needed to try them on... obviously I did. He handed it to me and in the past the associates untangle the shoe laces, take the paper out from the shoes, this guy did not. It's ok, I'm not that lazy. I struggle trying on the left boot, I tried again and again. I had thick socks, so I thought that was the problem and I asked for disposable socks. The associate checked, but they were out... what shoe store runs out? Anyways, I kept struggling to enter my feet, the guy watched me as I struggled and did not offer help. I was not expecting to have him push the boot inside my feet but at least to stretch the shoe a bit, or even offer a bigger size. Nope, nothing. So I left the boot and went on my way in search of another pair of boots at some other store with better assistance, unfortunately no one else had those boots. I understand it was almost closing time and it was Friday but if you want to make a sale, take your time to make the experience worth it. I love Sperry's and Journey's seem to always carry the ones I want, so I will be returning. All am asking for is to make me buy them, not just stand around to look at me like an idiot when I can't put my feet inside the boot. Maybe it's the boot that needs to be made better, but who cares. Not even a have a good night, or would you like to try something else? At least I bought my smoothie, so the $10 in gas was worth it because of that smoothie.
