FPA Women's Health - San Bernardino

I was seen here and was treated with the upmost care and support. The absolute best women work here! I was in AWE of Dr. Mary specifically. She saved my life. I had spent the two days at the ER trying to figure out what was wrong with me after my miscarriage. I thankfully decided to make an appt to be seen in office at FPA when I wasn't getting answers elsewhere. Mary was my Dr. and she was so kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. She did my exam and discovered the issue right away. I had very large clots stuck and she simply removed them. Not even the ER would do that for me and she DID. I felt like a new woman afterwards. She saved me and I'll never forget it. Thank you, Mary.

Updating my review from the other day-- I had someone, Maria, reach out to me and apologize for the mishaps and inform me that a conversation would be had with everyone who assisted me with the medical record situation. I appreciated how prompt Maria was with getting the documents to me and empathetic she was with assisting me. Unfortunately it took a lot to get the records and Maria had to take time out of her day to do something that could've been done in the first place over one call.

Overall, I will continue to use FPA Women's Health as their services are still phenomenal, and I hope if I need to request records in the future it won't be as much of a hassle. I still do recommend FPA Women's Health to family and friends.

Girls are so polite and friendly.
Got to be seen as a walk in,
But was informed they usually only see appointments.
The place is clean and glad I could get my needs done in one visit.
The doctor is so sweet and very much helpful and kind to expand her knowledge.
I got my test done in less than one hour:)

Everyone Ive dealt with is kind, patient and explains things so thoroughly. They are easy to schedule with and very professional.

I had an appointment at 8:35am for a follow up and was not pulled into the back until 9:17am just to go to another waiting room and told I had one person in front of me. After another 30+ minutes of waiting, I spoke to one of the nurses and they then informed me I was next in line. I informed them I had work and needed to go and wanted the number to complain because I had work and should've been informed of that the system is based off a first come first served instead of appointment based. I had to leave at 9:53am. I was not seen and asked for the complaint number and finally received it at 9:55am.

Did a video appointment it qas great and easy. Would recommend, everybody was nice and kept good communication.

I am a Kaiser patient and was referred to FPA. Their office staff is attentive and professional. Both Stephanie's in the office are amazing. I recommend FPA for family planning services.

Best experience ever, everyone there extremely nice and helpful.. haven't had such experience at a clinic in a long time.

My second time having to come here due to certain circumstances. So so so easy to schedule and appointment and communicate with the facility. The wait time was not bad. Ana was my MA for my intake visit on my 1st and follow up visit. She was very nice. Evette was my ultrasound tech both visits and she personality was so warm and inviting. She made me feel so comfortable being there. Miss Mary the provider is so nice and helpful. She was very caring, took her time to see me and explained things so easy for me to understand. I'm so blessed to have gone and been helped by these 3 ladies. Keep up the good work FPA!!
