I have had a couple of episodes of severe head trauma that have caused me to have debilitating headaches. So debilitating in fact that for 3-4 days each week I was not able to get out of bed without throwing up the pain was so bad. I was on all kinds of pain meds, seizure meds, daily preventive meds, had nerves ablated, and was even consulting a surgeon about surgery. Then I met the foresight team! Here they support the "body can heal itself" idea of health. Medicine has its place of course! But all it was doing for me was masking my problems and creating others because I was having to take so many meds. Today, because of Dr Lavenders treatments, my days of horrific pain keeping me in bed are Significantly less! Today I have a much better quality of life, all thanks to the team at Foresight Chiropractic!!

Before I was attending foresight, my shoulders would not stay positioned correctly backwards. Since coming, I have noticed it to be a lot easier keeping an upright posture, my shoulders feel incredibly better, and my head feels way lighter, and easier to hold up. I had a neighbor comment after my first adjustment about my posture, they had thought I had been working out again because of how upright my posture was. I would recommend foresight chiropractic to everyone!

Dr Lavender and his team are amazing and the nicest people you'll ever meet. Dr Lavender is knowledgeable and very skilled. I have a back issue that can't be fixed, but he keeps me functioning and pain at a minimum. He is always helpful answering questions and making health recommendations. They are seriously so great! I've been coming to Dr. Lavender and this office since November of 2012. The improvements I have noticed slowly taking place over the years are incredible. I used to get vertigo really bad, have issues with anxiety and a nagging lower back pain that no amount of PT could fix. All of these issues have been greatly alleviated, if not non-existent today.

I'm an avid runner, and my adjustments are pivotal to ensure I stay in good health to perform my best. I also recently did a round of muscle activation treatments -- WOW. I noticed a change with each appointment. It's now been 3.5 months since I completed all appointments and I'm the strongest I've ever been -- at age 40! All "cylinders" are firing and I'm noticing muscles show up that I never was able to develop before.

Recently I had an issue with my back and the office was able to fit me in the same day! I felt much better after my adjustment and had a better range of motion in my back and neck. I have been coming to Foresight Chiropractic since 2011. Dr. Lavender , Dr. Jarman and the whole staff are amazing! They are far beyond your typical pop and crack Dr's. They don't pop or crack you, they use a very non-invasive way to adjust you by starting with the 1st vertebra in our spine called the Atlas. They have helped me from car accidents and many sport injuries. They have helped me with reactivating muscles from those injuries to improve my daily living and prevented more injuries. I can't thank them enough for the care they have given me :)

I never was a believer in chiropractors before I went here. Now I know they exist and this one works! Dr. Lavender specializes in atlas orthogonal chiropractic (no cracking!). I haven't had back issues for the 4 years I've been coming. Try it for yourself!

Lifting a piano into the back of a pick up truck is a bad idea!

I herniated some discs in my neck and loss strength in my arm for a couple of years. Dr. Lavender performed the AMIT technique on me and helped me to get my strength back.

Whenever I am hurting or feeling stuck, I know where to go to get my problem fixed!
