Hi Joshua. Foothill is part of the CO-OP Shared Branch network, but due to COVID-19 we are only serving Foothill members at this time. We're hoping this changes soon.

I have been told misinformation over and over. What really made me mad is the OWN MANAGER told me something that was wrong. She did not tell me that when you have a new account you don't get 1500 a couple days later from your account. She said that 1500 would get released to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Most likely I'm going back to my old bank because they seem very unprofessional here and they don't know what they're talking about.

For new accounts, typically financial institutions may place a 9 day hold on check deposits within the first 30 days. That said, we want to help you if we can. If you need further assistance on this specific matter, please contact our Regional Branch Manager, Xochitl Flores, to review your account. If you provide us with an opportunity, I am confident over time, you will find we provide better service than most financial institutions. We do thank you for your membership with Foothill.

Two separate reviews
1. i tried out the bank to see if it would fit my needs if i was out of the country it failed way to many IT database problems . so i quit the bank
2 years later i decided to try again , hoping that the IT dept had fixed the problems .......... this time i am in town and using there cards ...
numerous cant read chip errors on different business's i take card back to replace it after a few days problems start again ... then i start getting do not honor msgs when i try using them
trip after trip to bank and they cant fix the problem ...... i finally get fed up and tell them they should have fixed this first time ... the manager say i am harrassing the teller ...... ??? wth ??
no more chances ever !

I have been waiting 7 weeks to get checks I want to order. Same teller forgot to order them twice. I talked to manager of bank over a week ago and just found out they were finally ordered yesterday. Bad when Armondo the supposed manager does not do what was promised. Still waiting for the checks . There is no one to complain to other than Armondo who never contacted me Only one there is Josh who knows what is going on.

This review is for Johnny! I have banked with this credit union for quite sometime and I have to say Johnny at the Arcadia branch is such a kind, compassionate, and insightful employee. He always greets you with a smiling face and does his best to accommodate you. Foothill Credit Union is a wonderful banking institution and employees like Johnny are one of a kind!

Foothill Federal Credit Union is amazing. In particular, Daritza Barrera and Crystal Jauregui were incredibly helpful, kind, and dedicated in giving me the best service, even when it was close to 5:00 p.m. I could not go anywhere else. Great team!

I used online payment, seldom check on this generation. Foothill Federal Credit Union messed with my online payment with Franchise Tax Board of $6251.00. The credit union dishonored my payment and "said" they were reaching for me to verify bec it is a large amount. It was "said" they called me once and left a voice mail. In God's name, I did not receive any messages, call, text or any other ways. So therefore, this credit union probably made a wrong number to reach me, and now I have to pay penalty of $358 to FTB for dishonored check. They messed my payment to the government, a large penalty for their fault of not reaching me right. They should at least try to reach me twice but no, they stated, " they call me once and they have no other means to call me again bec it is a small company." !! Whaaat? I put my money there so you can mess up at any event and will not answer for your mistake. They have a phone, what other means are you talking about. Just to call again to make sure that is the right number bec if your clients are important to you, you will have concerns or sympathy. And now you denied to cover the penalty of $358, and even suggested to me to beg to Franhise Board to remove the penalty. WHY not the credit union remove it?? bec it is a small company as you said, therefore, NOT SECURED!!!!!!

When ACH transactions are created through any portal it is vital to ensure all the information is accurate. The best way to do that is from one of your checks but the information is also available through online banking and you may always contact us in advance if you need clarification. Tiffany Rizkallah caused me to leave a review on her kind and helpful service. She really listened and assisted me during this crazy year to get re-organized and back on track. No other bank will do this for their customers as Foothill federal credit union does. The bank actually has humans working inside of them breathing the same air, it's amazing and appreciated.
A recommended credit union bank with well trained honest people working to help their members on the daily. Thank you guys for the stellar service, and a special thanks to Tiffany for going above and beyond to assist me. It means a lot to know where I bank is a place I can trust my time and money to go, I know I'm not being used as it really seems sometimes with other institutions.
