Foot Solutions

Could not be happier. This was my husband request for a Christmas present to find a solution for his foot pain. It was preventing him from enjoying a full life. Felt like a piece of glass every-time he stepped on his left foot. The manager was so experienced and knowledgeable. She took the time to find the right solution for both his pain and lifestyle. Foot Solutions team is paid hourly not commission based so she focused on a right solution rather than a sales pitch for sale volume. Quite a different experience than at The Good Feet Store.

It is 6 hours round trip to Chesapeake for us but was well worth the drive!

Great initial experience, Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sarah walked us through all of our options. Their store size limits the amount of inventory they can carry. They can order anything with only a deposit which is fully refundable if you don't like the shoes.

I recently visited this store. My complete shopping experience was exceptional. I was approached by Kerrie the stores owner and asked what she could do to help me . Kerrie was very genuine and listened to my concerns . She suggested many options of shoes and gave me a free diagnostic test on my feet and what's going on with my arches and some issues. I tried on some shoes which were very comfortable to me . I had some inserts custom made for my feet and was fully explained the process it takes. As a Retail manager in a large retailer Im on concrete floors all day long and this place is a excellent place if you have sore feet ! I'd recommend this to all my colleagues. What a great place to go.

Caring, well trained employees all take their time with you to provide the best for your feet. I've suffered plantar fasciitis and the package they put together for me has got me up and walking again. I've been back twice now and have left happy both times!

Terrible service, going on 3 weeks now for shoes that where ordered and would be here with in "7-10 days", not only that, but who ever processes their insurance does not have a clue what they are doing. been nearly 2 months now waiting on insurance approval, yet insurance company says they have not gotten anything, and as soon as they do it will be approved.

Beware of there so called orthodontic inserts! You don't need them! $179.00 and they will not refund your money. Every time I have worn these inserts, my feet are killing me afterwards, I can where the shoes by themselves and my feet are fine due to the shoes have adequate support. Have been back to store twice and had them so called readjusted.....like I said.....waste of money! They got me, don't let them get you. As long as you know your shoe size and the width of your foot, there are other places with a lot less expensive shoes that offer the same support without any orthodontic inserts.......

Do you remember the days of shopping for shoes the salesman with his measuring device and the stool he sat on as THEY tried the shoes on you! FOUND THEM! but thats not all that's great aout this place. It really caters to those with issue's Knee, Back, foot etc. they take the time to adjust the shoe to fit and correct it to your needs, they custom make inserts that will have you walking properly in no time the Service is great and friendly. For those of us who have minor or major foot issues they have shoes that fix them that have stle not blah!

been a long time customer. the owner knows me very well, I keep going cause of the comfort of the shoes, price is high but I pay for what I need. good on that. the only reason I didn't give it a higher STAR. is sometimes my order is delayed. sometimes its a big effort on my side to order and get what I want. but the owner Always understands and gives me a discount. I am doubtful for that. I would say ok to go here but if you want great customer service, you may not get that unless you deal with the owner. A little improvement on that would push my customer rating higher.
