A lot of the time it's in and out. But I recently had an experience where I showed up early and ended up getting seen 20 minutes after my originally planned appointment. They barely looked at my cat and were clearly rushing. No discount for any of the ordeal. They likely need to figure out their staffing situation. Edit: it appears they did comp the exam portion; the experience was still pretty dreadful.

If you want your pet to die, come here. They are not a hospital and at the very best, a clinic. They will just refer you to an expensive animal hospital anyway. They did nothing to save my baby and I think a doctor who has since retired actually killed my baby by recommending an over-the-counter med that had a cancer-causing ingredient! Never again.

I called to make an new appt and was told to put a $50 deposit down which was ok but then the gal who took the call said we can't get you in for 2 weeks so why don't you call around so I called somewhere else and will get in a couple weeks at another place and they didn't require a $50 deposit.

So we recently moved for a few months to Minnesota form NY and we were looking for the perfect veterinary service for our Zoey .
I'm such an hysterical mom and I was lookign non stop cause I needed to spay her and give her annual vaccines .
I found so many place on yelp but something about this place and staff photos gave me these great vibes .
I called the next day to set an appointment for Zoey , we arrived the day after and I was so surprised !
He staff were amazing they were taking care of Zoey and gave her so many treats ! My Zoey is a diva , she doesn't like other dogs or strangers and they wee so patient with her ! We scheduled another appointment to spay Zoey yesterday , I was so nervous literllay was crying like a baby but Aimee calmed me down and explained to process , she took Zoey and I was like nooo don't go but a few hours later I got a text msg that Zoey is recovering , the Doctor himself called me , he was so nice !
We came to pick her up , she looked so happy ! She's recovering now and I can't even thank you enough !

I've taken my grandma's cat Elsie, my work cat Dharma, and my two cats Riley and Salem all here and have truly enjoyed it.. which is why I keep coming back. The staff are all so welcoming, and the Vets are nothing but helpful, and caring.
I've never felt like they have been dishonest, which I have felt at other animal clinics.
The bills I've gotten have all been less than expected, and im all for that.

Edit- I decided to go back again the next day because I desperately needed the meds and the girl I worked with was so wonderful. She explained that their systems weren't working but understood that I couldn't wait and got a vet to approve one bottle for me until they are back up and running. I was so grateful and was happy to see that she cared about figuring something out for my cat. Dr Grace also called to follow up which I really appreciate. I love this clinic and am bummed that I had that one negative experience but everything else has been top notch.

Dr. Grace has been amazing in trying to help my cat with anxiety. I felt like he really cares about her well being and finding the right solution. I only wish the front desk felt the same way, which is the reason for the one star. They refused to dispense more meds to me, when I'm completely out and it's clearly been 30 days since the last 30 ct bottle I bought. They told me that I could bring the prescription bottle in, but they could still only give it to me with a dr's permission and they didn't have a dr. I don't even have an RX bottle because it's a brand medication that came in a bottle from the brand. This is a med that my cat will be on long term, so I'm not sure why I would need a new rx every time, especially when they offered to sell me a 60 ct last time and I chose to only purchase 30 at the time. My cat cannot be without these meds and unfortunately I think I will have to find a new provider who understands the importance of the situation. The tech didn't even offer any solutions- i don't know why she couldn't have at least called the dr and asked permission. Now my cat and my entire family have to suffer until I can find someone who will sell us the medication. Both Dr. Krull and Dr. Grace have been wonderful with our nine year old Sheltie Stewie. Stew is a performance dog and it has likely taken a toll on his body. He loves his sports and both docs are just great at letting us know what he should and should not do. We would not go anywhere else.

We have been going to Flying Cloud Animal Hospital for over 10 years. We usually request Dr. Jeffrey Krull, but have seen all of the doctors over the years as well. They are ALL outstanding!! They are honest, compassionate, and never try to convince you to spend more than you have (our old Vet used to pressure us into teeth cleaning, tooth extractions, etc). We have been there for a wide range of issues- from elderly canine care, end of life discussions, surgeries, vaccinations, puppy check-ups, etc. I actually love that the waiting room isn't super fancy- this tells me they'd rather focus on keeping the customer costs low.

I just got home from taking my dog to see the vet. We've been using Flying Cloud Animal Hospital for over 25 years and we have never had a bad experience or have we ever doubted the care our pets received from the doctors. The whole staff goes out of their way to take great care of our dogs.

I am a very recent dog owner. I adopted a little dachshund, Greta, on Saturday - and unfortunately on the following Thursday evening, we got to take our first trip to the emergency vet.
I brought Greta into Flying Cloud Animal Hospital on Friday morning so that she could be monitored during the day. Dr. Grace and Dr. Peterson were great. I didn't get to meet Dr. Peterson, but Dr. Grace was very attentive and gentle with Greta.
Considering I had NO IDEA what I was doing (I have never owned a dog before...) they were very accommodating, understanding and helpful.
While I don't have a lot of experience with pet health care costs, Flying Cloud Animal Hospital seemed very reasonable with their pricing.
