      I found out about Flow Motion Fitness and Shawn through calling the Nobel Rec Center. I wanted an outdoor bootcamp nearby where I live and work. I wasn't motivated or excited about going to the gym anymore and needed a change in my workout routine.

      I started with 2 back-to-back 6-week challenges before I became an official FMF member. It has been over a year now that I've been working out with Shawn and Alyssa. I enjoy the challenges of our workouts and the ability to be outside is a refreshing alternate to the gym. I appreciate the accountability from our trainers as well as my workout buddies! I've met really great people and have made good friends over the year. We help push each other and make working out fun.

      If you like teamwork and not being in a stuffy gym this is the place for you. Shawn and Alyssa are supportive trainers that help you with your fitness and nutrition goals.

      Worst experience I've ever had. Shawn will take your money but won't reimburse/refund you when life gets in the way. For the amount you're spending, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

      Shout out to Shawn for convincing my wife to do the 7 day cleanse. She needed some support, so I decided to do it with her. Hell of a detox/cleanse. I lost 9 lbs!

      I decided over two years ago that I wanted to be healthier. I was well on my way to achieving some pretty good goals when I hit a road block. That's when I was introduced to Shawn Marshall and Flow Motion Fitness. He took my weight loss to the next level and helped me find a new, fun and effective way to workout and reach my goals. With his guidance, advice and encouragement I was able to reach an amazing weight loss of 114 lbs!!! I lost 15 of those lbs and a solid 2% body fat in his most recent 8-week Fall into Fitness Challenge.

      If you are looking to get out of the Gym, if you want to get out of the "norm", if you want health guidance, advice, direction, support, if you want to make unremarkable strides in your health and fitness, Shawn Marshall and Flow Motion Fitness is for you! I believe in him and everything he represents. I'm so glad I joined and look forward to the next achievements that we'll accomplish together!

      One of my friends introduced me to the detox, she said it had worked for her and she lost 20 pounds doing so.
      I have to be honest, I was very skeptical since the word detox scared me.
      My thought was negative and I've seen people do detoxes in the past and not last even a week, due to they are deprived of real food.
      I decided to give it a try since I had nothing to loose.

      In the past few yrs I have been dealing with health issues, some have sent me straight to the hospital and have suffered with joint pain,stomach issues, feeling faint or passing out.
      I have had several trips to the Dr to try to figure out what was happening.
      All my test came back normal just high cholesterol, but I was still feeling horrible and having the fainting episodes and being sick.

      My daily routine started with two cups of strong coffee with a good amount of creamer, that was my breakfast since I never woke up hungry or would have stomach issues.
      I was doing a gluten free diet due to my issues and thought I was eating healthy and I would eat out for lunch a couple of times a week.
      Temptation was always around and I would give in to the sweets at the office and sugary drinks.
      Going to the gym 3 times a week was something I like to do but it was very painful at times due to joint issues with my left knee.

      I joined the Detox Challenge and my friend was supper excited.
      I got to reading all of the information provided and it made a lot of sense, grocery shopping was different since I had to avoid certain areas and not having coffee made me want to scream.
      The first 2-3 days were the hardest, not because of the food I was eating but not having caffeine gave me terrible headaches, but I knew that was my body being addicted to the caffeine and sugar in the coffee.
      Once I survived living without coffee I was fine.

      I have only been doing the Detox Challenge for one week, I have had a major change in my health, I feel amazing!!
      I'm able to finally sleep and that is a big deal since I was lucky to get 3-4 hrs on a daily bases sometimes less.
      I no longer have stomach issues and I'm alert and awake without the need of a stimulant to help me survive my workday.
      THIS IS THE BEST I HAVE FELT IN YEARS!!!!!

      My knee is no longer an issue, I don't have to wear a brace to be able to use the treadmill, I can go up the stair without looking at them in terror.
      Passing out and feeling faint has gone away.
      My energy level is amazing, I do get tired by 9 pm after a long day, but it feels normal since I don't feel as I will pass out from feeling over tired.

      I recently lost my mom due to health issues and there is a list of things I don't want that run in my family.
      My change has been notice at home and work.
      The weigh loss for just being a week has been amazing and my boyfriend continues to compliment how good I'm looking.
      For me doing this challenge was all about finding ways to help me figure out what was happening with my health and attempt to live a long healthy life.
      Shawn is amazing and has given me this great tools to finally feel great and be healthy.
      This is not a DIET! its a life style change that is worth doing.

      I decided to act on eating healthier, and going on the detox was a game-changer for me!

      It was one of the hardest things I've ever done because I ate no grains, sugar, and dairy for three weeks!!! I found out eating healthier was tough because almost everywhere you go there is nutritionally bad food.

      In this program I started cooking, and with Alyssa's support I learned new recipes that were delicious, and nutritious!

      Fortunately, I adjusted to the changes fairly well, however, if I had a question, Alyssa was always open, and excited to help me out! Shawn's emails were also gold nuggets of information!

      At the end of the program I lost 12 pounds, and a few inches off my waist which is insane because I'm already slim, and many people have asked me, "have you lost weight?!" That wasn't my intention but I'm glad I did because clothes fits better, and physically I feel much more energized!

      Would recommend to do this if your looking to change they way you look at food, and want a healthier diet!

      LOVE this BOOT CAMP! I was with another boot camp and it doesn't compare to what you are offered at Flow Motion Fitness! The support at FMF is what makes the difference. I know that Shawn & Alyssa are there for me ALWAYS, not just on training days but ALL days. If I stumble in my health or fitness they are there to lift me back up and back on track. I feel more successful in my wellness journey with them at my back. From the thoughtful programs that are long enough to finally get them down but short enough to not get bored to the quarterly accountability groups, I feel my best and STRONGEST both mentally & physically. I can't say enough GREAT things about FMF, Shawn & Alyssa. If you aren't with us, you don't know what you are missing. JOIN us!

      Flow Motion Fitness approaches health in a completely unique way. It is not just about the workouts but also about community, positivity, goal setting, accountability, fresh air and fun. There is so much more that comes with the program than you might first guess. Shawn provides such a friendly/positive environment and a great full body workout too! It is so nice to get outside in beautiful SD and workout with friendly people. I highly recommend trying a free week with Flow Motion Fitness!

      Shawn is the BEST! I committed to Shawn's program with Flow Motion Fitness for over a year after I had a baby. I needed help committing to something and sticking with it. I had lost commitment to the at home workout DVDs... Shawn was incredible in keeping me motivated, checking in with me and gently holding me accountable! It was exactly what I needed. He is such an amazing coach and trainer. He will change your life. The program is so much more than the great outdoor workouts. He can even accommodate your travel schedule to keep you on track!

      Shawn is the man! He's the person to see if you want to get in shape or even achieve your personal goals. His workout style helps you overcome the mental barriers that may be holding you back. He is very much into his craft. He is an excellent resource, teacher, and motivator...everything you need to be held accountable and achieve a real breakthrough!
