We had NO issues with this company. Glad I didn't read reviews beforehand. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and professional. We had about 2400 sq.ft of LVP installed and they did a beautiful job. They accommodated our time constraints and showed up when they said they would. We would definitely hire them again

I am providing a review for the Winchester VA store for service performed on April 1, 2024. We asked for a quote for carpet removal and LVP installation in three bedrooms to match the rest of the house. We received a quote promptly - which we felt was a reasonable price (it was on par with others we received) - and they had materials on hand. They were able to meet our tight schedule requirements. The installation crew was prompt, courteous and respectful. They were all business and cleaned up when the job was finished. Based upon MY experience - I would recommend and use them again for future needs.

Don't expect them to show up even if you make an appointment. Soonest one I could get was over a week in advance and they didn't show. I contacted them and was advised that they were no longer available that day.

Pros:
We think Mandy (Sales) is the best.
Tony (Foreman) was very responsive and helpful. Installers did a great job!

Cons:
The guys who tore out carpet and vinyl did not speak English. There were some issues and not being able to communicate or get answers was frustrating and scary for my mom.
They did not do a final clean up, which I think should be a standard for that type of work.

The Floor Shop did my hardwood floors and it looked like they only put the Min Wax (that you can buy from Lowes) on my floor and forgot to put a protector on it such as polyurethane or whatever. I have scratches on my living room and dining room floors from just a simple little vac and just some of my furniture moving. They were overpriced and did a "half way" job. My Contractor (Woodland Construction) had set up an appointment for them to come to the home and inspect their work and no one showed up; no call or anything. I would never recommend these guys.!! They also did my tile in the bathroom which I thought looked nice until it is already starting to crack in my big shower on the wall!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD I HAD SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE!

We had our new floors installed by this company. Let me first and foremost tell everyone that they are about as professional as you can get!! Unbelievably great customer service and extremely professional. The floors they installed are beautiful and they helped us through every step from choosing flooring to setting up install. I would recommend them to anyone that is wanting to beautify their house with any of the flooring they sell.

I called to find out if something was in stock and get a price. I was talked down to and treated rudely by the woman who answered the phone. I won't be using this company just solely based on that. They need to find someone who will better represent their company to talk to customers.

I spoke to one of the owners on a Wednesday, needed to have a carpet tucked on the ends. He told me that he would have one of his men to the jobsite at 8:30 on Friday. No one showed. When I called them the lady that answered the telephone said that I was not on the schedule. She spoke with the owner and he straight up lied and said that he told me he never said that anyone would be there. My advice to you is, unless you want your time wasted. I wouldn't call them
