My model X got hit by a truck while it was parked. Repairs went through the other guys insurance (State Farm). The process was easy to find a Tesla approved and State Farm approved place with good reviews.
I met Leslie the first appointment to have the damage assessed. She was very friendly, professional and informative on the process. She did let me know beforehand Tesla parts sometimes take a while to come in so she was asking for my patience in advance (I totally appreciate the heads up).
After the assessment was done by the technician, an estimate was sent to the insurance who approved to proceed. They took a deposit before part ordering. I called frequently to get updates since I had to coordinate with my work schedule. Once all the parts came in, I dropped off my car for repair.
During the repair process, Leslie did send auto messages for an update so I was kept in the loop. The repairs finished within 2 weeks. However, after going through the car wash. I identified a water look inside the cabin. I emailed and called Leslie so she could see my photo of the issue. She requested for me to bring it in for inspection when I got the chance.
Second appointment, she squeezed me in the morning of. Had it assessed and it was identified as a seal issue. Another appointment was set to have car dropped off for revision repair. Unfortunately, they do not offer rentals for their service revisions. She informed me it would only
Take a day so I borrowed my husbands car in the interim.
After the one full day, the vehicle was ready to pick up. She was apologetic about the inconvenience. Told me to keep an eye on it but they sealed it really good this time. No leaks so far!

I took my toyota tacoma for a dent and paint refinish on the right pillar. They told me the car would be ready in 1 and 1/2 weeks to 2 weeks, they ended up calling me for pick up earlier than the estimated time, so i was really happy. I returned the rental car and got an uber to fix auto, to my surprise that the car wasn't actually ready, they had missed a huge notable spot that needed paint. Not only did they waste my time but i also had to miss a couple hours of work to bring the car back the next day so they could fully finish the job. i don't know their vehicle release process, but they should inspect the car and work done before calling the costumer for pick up!

Do not be fooled by the good reviews. Read the recent poor review. That matches the real service quality.
We booked an appointment a week ago for a service on 10/14 at 1:30pm. This place sent us a confirmation text message. All of a sudden in the morning of that day, a woman called us insisting that they do not have time for us. She kept repeating they were fully booked and there website calendar and their work calendar are different. We told her we already took a day off for the service specifically, but she did not care. No resolution or other options. Just kicked us out. The only thing she did was repeating: unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately.

Talk about a scammer. I got sent there by my insurance to get an estimate for a shallow, non-creased dent. Guess how much they much the wanted? $1,201.76. I don't know why they have to remove both tail lights for a dent on the right quarter panel, why they want to take the bumper cover off, and why they are removing the quarter glass for a dent. They want to completely repaint the entire quarter panel...for a dent. My vehicle has barely over 5,000 miles, so it's not like they have to even fade the paint that much.

This is my first and last Yelp review , only posting this because of how upset this body shop has made me. All I have to really say is avoid this body shop at all cost unless you are fine with a 5 Months process to get your car fixed. Appointments are set out a whole month out and they never reach back out to you to confirm any part of the process. The lady's at the front desk are so rude it's almost like you are forcing them to do their job. if you don't like your job just quit and find a new one. This body shop almost works like it doesn't want to help people out and make money. it's crazy and sad.

I brought my car to Fix Auto on a Thursday for an estimate, photos, and invoice to be sent to my insurance company. The representative (who I will not name but I feel I should) assured me that they'd send it over and I'd receive a call back in 1-2 business days. On Tuesday, when I contacted my insurance, they hadn't received anything. Upon calling Fix Auto, I learned that the rep who assisted me wasn't available and the person I spoke to couldn't confirm whether the estimates were sent. They mentioned no file was even created for me and no one else could help. This repeated the next day, leading me to decide to go to another auto shop. I find it unprofessional that no account was created or estimates sent, and frustrating that there was no alternative solution provided by the representative I spoke to.

Wow, what a great body shop. This is the second time my car has gone to this fix auto, and they have stellar quality of work, and even went above and beyond and completely detailed my car when it was done. When I came to pick up my car, they even handled the return of the rental car. Color match was perfect, outstanding work everyone!!

I brought my fleet car here because this was an approved body shop. When I arrived, the front desk was rude. I waited for over a half hour to get my estimate which was just a basic fender bender. After filling out paperwork twice they shared with me they would send it over to my fleet company for approval. I waited over two weeks, no estimate. I received call back from my fleet company asking where the estimate was. I called the body shop back. They couldn't find the estimate said it was lost and the person that was writing the estimate quit. I had to go back in to get another estimate. The estimate was provided the next day to my fleet company. The work was done on the car however, it looked like the bumper was dropped and never completed properly. I went back in to talk to the manager. She said that I would have to pay for the work to be completed again since it wasn't their fault. She said you must've been hit in the parking lot while your car was waiting to be picked up or someone hit me again. They were also very rude to me, told me to get my car from the side of their building instead of bringing it up to me at the entrance. I'll never go back to this autobody shop again. Oh, and by the way, they provided an estimate, they told me that if the estimate goes over a penny while repairing my vehicle they will call me to discuss before they completed the work. They completed the work the work cost an additional thousand dollars versus the original estimate. I asked them what was done and they couldn't provide that information nor could they provide the information as to why I was not contacted. Again they said the person that was in charge of my case quit. Very unprofessional.

If I can leave ZERO stars, I would. Very unfortunate, by the lack of communication and unprofessionalism by Jesse & staff. I came in today, because I called to confirm if I can drop off my car without an appointment required and the receptionist or person who answered asked the manager and said yes, once I arrived the customer service rep (Jesse) for State Farm looked at my car he made me feel less, because my car is not very valuable enough. I got the feeling they earn commission based on customers repairs. He asked me to come back because they need to order the parts "company policy" (in a condescending tone) and leave a deposit $250 deposit. State Farm was taking full liability but I will advise to them not to refer business like yours and my friends and family will never come back. Thank you

I highly recommend FIX Auto Anaheim. My Tesla was involved in a hit and run accident with significant damage. Leslie and her team made sure every detail of my car was repaired to its original form. They knew what they were doing, and the customer service was outstanding--quick responses and very friendly. I will use them for any future repairs on any of our family's cars.
