Five Guys

This is by far the nicest set of employees at any 5 guys locations I've been to. In fact, probably the nicest employees at any "fast food" place I've been to! They always great you with a hello and a smile, are extremely friendly and will accommodate any request. Food is always cooked as you order it. They have some of the best burgers I've ever had! Don't even get me started on the milkshakes. They are amazing, and you can get just about any flavor combination you can think of. They always overfill the fries, so you get way more than what you expect. Trust me this place is worth the price ! I always leave this 5 guys in a better mood than I came in!!

I've been to a dozen five guys but never to the one closest to our house. This is by far one of the cleanest five guys you are going to visit - great job to the staff and management for keeping it up. Even the bathroom was spotless and smelled like bleach, you never see that from the fast food establishments ever! We wanted to get some milkshakes and fries so that's why we stopped in. I love how they overfill the bag with the fries and their milkshakes are always spot on. The price for the milkshakes is great since you can have a dozen different things mixed into them. I always settle with the chocolate shake with cherries, peanut butter, and Oreo filling. Yes, Oreo cream is an option to put into your shake! We will definitely be coming on back to this one for some follow up with their burgers.

I really used to love 5 Guys, until last night.
I placed a a to go order and my husband picked it up for me. While he was getting me some vinegar to go, he noticed that the lid was off, and figured it was left that way intentionally for easier use (which he appreciated as it WAS more convenient).
Upon my husband leaving, an employee made a passive-aggressive comment to the other staff, intentionally loud enough to be heard, 'isn't it so bad when customers leave things this way?!'.
Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location.

That a lot of money for a burger But very good and love the fries. Food was fast and hot. Even with the Covid stuff everyone was really nice and helped us get everything we needed

Quite possibly the most delicious burger in the midwest. Temperature, texture and taste - perfect! The ingredient selection is also one-of-a-kind and expertly prepared. Fries are fresh and truly delicious...

For the life of me, I can't understand why it's so doggone expensive though. Price, alone, keeps me from giving it 5 stars. I'm no cheapskate, but if I want to take my family of 6 there, well, "every man for himself!" lol

I've only been there 4 times and honestly, if the price was lower, I'd frequent there much more often. It's just tough to pay for a burger that costs less when I dine in at a restaurant...

That being said, don't let that scare you off. It's an absolute must-try and someplace you'll want to return to the very next day...

We were hungry and they were one of the few places open on Labor Day. They were busy! Staff were polite and efficient and all had masks! Thanks! Hamburgers were delicious and French fries were great! I would ask them to consider putting up the no weapons sign. The guy walking around with a gun in his sweat pants was very unsettling. He did not inspire any confidence and in fact was kind of creepy looking. Luckily our food was ready quickly and we got out of there!

Beware of sanitary issues here! If in doubt, just drive behind the store and look at the grease slick, and disgusting trash area.
Employees rarely seem to be able to get it in the dumpster. A peek in the back door tells this lack of cleanliness follows right inside the building.

Interestingly enough, the managers Audi is always well kept and away from the rat bait.

Always get the same thing when I'm here: Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and light mayo. I love how this joint serves orders fresh from the grill. My burger is always juicy hot, and the cheese is melted to hold it all together.

The fries are fresh out of the oil. Freshly sliced, by the way. Hot, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Lightly salted and great potato taste.

I've never hesitated to eat here, when the name's thrown out for a possibility!

Not the place to eat in at. The food is very good but not with the literal headache you'll have while waiting for and dining in due to the extremely loud music and shouting staff.

This is the kind of burger that you will always feel guilty for eating, but just can't resist every time. I have been to this location many times and I will go again and again in the future.

Oh, and if you get fries, expect a truckload!
