This is a COVID19 Based review

I am happy to report that this location is open for business, Carry only. They are open until 10pm during the week. Social distance is in place. You must wear a mask.

As for my food, it wasn't overally crowded, it didn't take long to get my order. My food was great! And my Milkshake hit the spot!

Great job Five guys!

Five guys is by far the best burger spot. And this location is very clean and fast which makes it even better! Everything tastes miss my fresh and you will be full. I got the cheeseburger with everything on it and a little fry but it's not little at all

I only have great things to say about five guys and this location, for sure I'll keep coming back for years to come.

What is this.....
I spent $20 on my burger, fries, & shake and this is how much bbq sauce they gave me...I'm fed up. Confused

Slow and disorganized. Don't advertise 10 minute wait time for an online/cell phone order if it's going to take you more than 20 minutes to prepare a single burger (no fries, no drink .. just 1 burger.)

And Five Guys email management.... don't offer to accept feedback. Your feedback site requires the store # which does not appear on the online yellow receipts. If you pay on site the receipt may have the Store #, but it was not on my receipt stapled to the bag. .... what a great way to block feedback, since your site requires the #.

The famous chef Thomas has to drop his rating down to a 0,  the famous chef Thomas placed an order thru uber eats. When received he was totally disappointed with a raw burger. What's worse is when he called Five Guys and explained the situation the idiot on the phone said that "I don't believe the burger was raw, that is impossible".  How do this morom make such a statement after sending the famous chef Thomas a raw burger? The famous chef Thomas was furiou and demands a complete refund. Furthermore, the famous chef Thomas whole experience was totally ruined and will never order from this location again. In fact all Five Guys are banned from the famous chef Thomas. 


This is not the first time that the famous chef Thomas has had an issue with raw burgers from Five Guys. The famous chef Thomas son when he was a young kid received a raw burger. His son ate a quarter of the raw burger before it was realized that it was not properly cooked. Then the employee says that the burger was cooked. Does the famous chef Thomas have to slap the raw meat in the employees face for him to understand that he gave a young kid, whom did not know any better a raw burger? 


There have been a number of other incidents just like this with the famous chef Thomas and Five Guys. 


It appears that after this last incident that Five Guys is not capable of consistently delivering a properly cooked burger. Therefore the famous chef Thomas must banned Five Guys from his menu indefinitely. All famous chef Thomas followers are advised to avoid Five Guys at all costs.

The staff is super friendly and professional. We have gotten burgers & shakes from here multiple times. Always delicious.
Every time we leave, we talk about how wonderful the staff is. They keep the place clean and run it smoothly, which is very surprising for this area.

I think that this is the only Five Guys that has some random guy that walks in, goes to the men's room and sings. That's all. He just sings. Really well. LOL

What else can I say? It's Five Guys. It's a chain. We all like them. Boxes and boxes of peanuts. This location, on the days that I went, had a wonderful staff. No attitudes, got the order right and we all joked around about Bathroom Balladeer Bobby (that's my name for him). I got my cheese burger, fries and went home happy.

I hadn't had Five Guys in years so when we stopped here for a bite to eat, I said "count me in." The staff was friendly and they do a good job of keeping the seating area clean. Also, I had forgotten that they have an open kitchen--love that! I got a mini cheeseburger with grilled onions, pickles and mayo. I really enjoyed my burger. Also, they have their big box of peanuts if you have a hankering! All in all, the food was good, the service was quick and the staff was cordial. I will say that the bathroom lock didn't work well--someone opened it when I had "locked" it. Luckily she didn't see anything and I yelled out that it was ocupado.

one word one meaning -YUCK. My sister and I just ordered delivery through UberEats from FiveGuys in Clinton MD and we are DISGUSTED by how careless the chef was on how the food was cooked and prepared! They gave us 2 burgers that clearly belonged to somebody else because the receipt had what our toppings were suppose to be but someone in the kitchen said "F US" and made whatever they wanted without putting the right toppings on our burgers and to add insult to injury I selected for my burger to be well done! photos reveal otherwise. $31 for THIS????!!! The only thing on the receipt they got right was the little Cajun fries. it's a no for me, forever.

I must say I was fully satisfied. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fry. No complaints what so ever. There were about 5 people in there when I ordered. We all were socially distant while waiting. The staff worked efficiently as before COVID, the difference, this place was extremely CLEAN, I mean it sparkled. I watched each person behind the counter as the food was being prepared. The cashier took orders and bagged food. She must have changed her gloved ten times. I was happy to see that.
