FitzPerfect Windows Doors and More

After we had an entire new heating and air conditioning unit installed from Greiner's we decided to install new windows throughout the entire house. I had 3 companies come out and give me quotes. Brad was the only one who came out the same day and got back to me the next day! He came highly recommended from my neighbor as well.

After our consultation and receiving the pricing for a few different windows, we decided to go with the Milgard windows. Brad ordered them and then installed them exactly when he said he would! The whole job took 2 days. His whole team was very professional and they cleaned everything up very nicely. The only thing that was incorrect was how they put back on my security sensors..but that was an easy fix!

Brad is a very honest guy and he does what he says he will do. I would recommend him for all your window needs!!!

Brad came out to my house quickly to inspect a large crack in our family room, which we were not sure if it was coming from a window sill leak or was just the house settling. Brad gave us some great advice and was friendly. We will definitely use FitzPerfect in the future for our needs.

Front Door needed adjustment as it was jammed and difficult to open. He will return to install a Bottom Weather Stripping on the Front Door, as I forgot to let him know ahead of time.

Brad Fitzpatrick is the most honest businessman I have ever dealt with & does wonderful work. We used him a few years ago and we're absolutely delighted with his craftsmanship. You can't go wrong.

We've had Brad and his team out to our house for three separate jobs. In total, eight doors. Each time we were more pleased than the next. Our doors look amazing and Brad is always willing to make any adjustments. The prices are more than fair, the crew is professional, pleasant and always clean up afterwards. I can't recommend them enough. We've been working with Fitzperfect for two years, I'm looking for more work to be done on our house so we can hire them again.

They came out and fixed a major leak on the outside of my home that was coming into my home and flooding my entry floor. Brad went over and above to fix it and make sure it would not leak again. He is even coming back to primer and paint it for me that was not on the repair agreement. I offer to pay but he said no that it was not problem. That is super nice. I appreciate it so much that he is willing to come back and paint it. Brad and guys are amazing.

Had our old front door adjusted that we didn't want to replace because we love the old wooden door and it was sagging after the years and a fire door going into our garage replaced. Brad did amazing work on both, was able to keep the old door frame and adjust the door and replaced the fire door and the weather stripping on both. Was really happy with the work and pricing and responsiveness. Other places didn't even offer to come out and gave us ballpark quotes without even coming to measure. He came out measured, ordered what was needed and when the fire door that was ordered came in scratched he sent it back and got a new one and still came to do the front door on a separate visit prior to the arrival of the new door. Will be referring him to family and friends and calling him for all our future needs. Thank you for the great work.

don't waste your time and effort , Brad came to my house in Fairfield to give me an estimate about an Anderson door fix back in February, I called him 3 times ever since and never heard back from him . very unprofessional , I will never recommend this place to any one

A horrible decision on my part trying to order windows from this company.
I ordered a small bathroom window 3weeks ago.
First I was told shipping in two weeks,on the day the order was supposed to arrive I called to see where it was? Oh it's going to be another 2weeks Wow no customer communication or nothing!
Well so I called today to check the status of my order, Again Oh it's going to be another 2weeks !!
I have had it . Over 3week already!
He said sorry bro! Meanwhile I have a hole in the side of my House. This company is not just having a bad day this is not acceptable! It has been a long time since seen this type of service in the business community
Now I have to reorder with another company.
I wouldn't chose this window company!
After some thought I have decided to update this review from a one star to a three star.
The reason is this was during the Covid pandemic and that may have been partial factor in the service I received.

I am so happy with my new front door & sidelights!! Brad is a great craftsman, and very nice and easy to get along with! I had gotten quotes from another company and the price was outrageous, with questionable quality once I looked up the brand online. With Fitzperfect I was able to get a high quality front door of my choosing, at a perfectly reasonable price. I definitely plan on hiring FitzPerfect again for future door and window projects. The quality is great, and I really enjoyed working with Brad!
