While on vacation we stopped there while out on a ride, super nice friendly folks. They met us in the parking lot with smiles and greetings! They will make you a great drink (coffee) right there in front you at there little drink stand. They have a nice assortment of mountain, gravel grinder style bikes and some clothing.
I cant express that these folks are here to help and are friendly! They went out of there way to recommend road rides for us, even going over maps and road conditions.

      Super friendly and helpful!!

We were "just shopping" while we upgrade and enhance our biking tools and supplies. The staff were helpful and made solid recommendations.

I hate to say it but this local bike shop was a big disappointment. We saw this bike shop and we were really excited about the bikes they had to rent. Both my daughter and I are very interested in buying a pair of Trek EMBs. Maybe we didn't look cool enough for the people working there because we were treated like we didn't have the money or the ability to use one of their bikes. It was such a strange experience because I can't ever recall feeling so unwanted in a store. We were so put off by the sales people that we actually went up to grand Targhee to buy biking gloves, water bottles and a helmet. It was probably more expensive but at least the sales people there acted like they cared that we were visiting their shop. This shop must be making so much money that they really don't have to worry about customer service. Good for them.

$162.30 to adjust two road bike brakes and wrap two handle bars. I was stunned. I left my bikes there knowing it was a quick and easy job to support a friendly local bike shop, but holy cow I could've never imagined such a rip off. I don't even have disc brakes. They even charged me $5 for a junkyard part when they broke mine. It's a junkyard part...after charging me 4 times the amount they should charge for labor, they charged me for a rusted junkyard part.
The staff and their dog are all very friendly, but the price of labor to me is completely unjustifiable.

      Awesome Bike Shop!
No better place to stop in for some trail beta and get a cup of coffee. nice touch!
Shop techs are super knowledgeable and are more then happy to answer any questions.
Got to demo a Pivot Mach 429 which was a ton of fun!

Great bike shop! Extremely nice, helpful and competent staff! We didn't find the basket we needed , but the guy was willing to order whatever we wanted. We came back with a minor problem on our own bike, and it was taken care of very competently.

Everything a bike store should be, friendly and competent. Traveling through the area on a bike trip and my front brakes were making an awful noise. Took my bike right in and they checked it over. Thanks Matt. Highly recommend.

I needed to rent a road bike during my stay in Jackson so I searched for a bicycle shop on Google Places on my iPhone and found Fitzgerald Bicycles. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient! The bike I rented was top of the line, and they provided a way for us to just like up the bikes after-hours. This convenience was fantastic in and of itself but I was extremely pleased that they called me the next morning to report that they had received the bikes in great condition, that I would not be charged anything extra, and they again confirmed the amount to be charged. And the amount was less than HALF what I expected to pay! They demonstrated excellent customer service and I HIGHLY recommend them

Holy cow! What a completely awesome place to rent bikes for tooling around the Jackson Hole vicinity. The super nice guys at Fitzgeralds had us set up with some nice Giant full-suspension mountain bikes and on our way to the trail with a minimum of fuss and were equally stoked when we told them about our (completely tame) adventure up Cache Creek and Putt Putt trails.

Nice equipment, nice guys, super reasonable prices and next door to the best brewery in the state. Nuff said.

Highly recommend this place if you need to rent a road, cross, or mountain bike. Rented a brand new Giant cyclo cross bike for a week (for less money than each of us paid for a 4 hour wildlife tour...) and had a blast riding the roads and trails around Jackson, Wilson, and environs. Friendly staff and great shop. WIll be back.
