I guess it's not hard to figure out what these folks do based on their name. Though they're a specialty smokehouse so they focus on preserving and enhancing taste of the fish. Both hot and cold smoked salmon plus the lox are tasty. They also do garlic, jalapeno, and other flavored versions too plus albacore tuna. If you love smoked and cured products, definitely check out their goods.
