Firestone Complete Auto Care

Lets see, 5 service bays and on a Saturday 10/23 only 3 people in the building, 1 service advisor and 2 mechanics, slow as fucking hell and dumb as shit.

This used to be a great location but as time goes by it appears that local management has found a way to fuck up this location.

Don't bother going here for anything, just keep going east another mile to Pep Boys at Sossaman Road and get some real service from people that know how to staff an auto repair facility.

I got an oil change here back in September because I didn't have time to do it myself. The reason I usually do it myself is because of shoddy service (or in one case, my car was destroyed by people never putting oil back in after draining).
Well, these guys have proven to me once again that I should continue doing my own oil changes, as they put the drain plug back in, but no gasket in my '18 civic si. Thanks guys!

Seriously, use at your own risk. You don't want to lose your car because of these guys making such an obvious or lazy mistake. Your insurance won't cover that.

Horrible place. Will never go back. They said they couldn't fix my flat tire.... Because it had fix a flat in it. I explained to them that none was it the tire They lied and said they started and found some in it. I took the tire to discount tire and they repaired the tire with out a problem and showed me the tire free of fix a flat.

Love this location went in today problem with front right tyre needed oil change able to get done today which helped me out a lot.
Always great experience great team and take care of you. Really appreciate everyone very much Have gone to this location for many years with all my different vehicles.

I needed my breaks done and had the money for it. The young man who did it felt all he had to do was to clean off the rust. I thought ok if he knows what he is talking about fine. The other thing was my front and rear ends straighten. I knew I should had said just change the breaks, but I didn't thinking they knew what they were talking about.. I Went to Bisbee and the breaks squeel so badley and I don't have the money now to go some where else and have it done right!! Maybe couse I'm a woman they did what they did or didn't do. I know what Trust Firestone again.

There are several other Firestone Auto Centers in the valley. I have had several times where I was in this store. Between the cranky and less than professional manager to poor poor service in the shop, I highly suggest you try another one of the centers and skip this one.

Between Honda and these guys my cars have always been in top shape due to great work! I'm new to Arizona and sad I left my guys at Honda and firestone in NorCal. I called to set a alignment and was created by a very welcome rep. I came in a few days later and was welcomed by another gentleman which just moved here from SoCal and was very helpful with my maintenance too! Once I picked up my car, he broke down the info to me about my car and didn't Bs me, which he doesn't know I come from car dealerships and I can see bullshit from a mile away! No BS all genuine help. Cheers to you all and I sure will be back soon for my other maintenances.

I went into this location just to drop off a battery core because my husband bought a battery from the Firestone on Chandler Blvd/56th St because he was working in that area, we were told we could drop the core off any Firestone and they will dispose of it. The attendant at Power/Main location told my husband, he would have to take it back to where he bought the original battery,(really) I thought all Firestone's were ran by the same company. This guy apparently doesn't know what customer service is or maybe he just don't care. The district manager might want to let him know about serving the customers. ;(

Today I took my Civic in for new tires and an alignment after I changed my shocks. Porter Ray and Mike are awesome and made us feel very welcome! This was my first time at a Firestone but thanks to these guys, I'm probably going to be a customer for life!

I called for an appointment asking what time I needed to bring my car in so I could pick it up at 4:30PM. It was ready as promised and I wasn't asked to have other work performed.
