They do not sale fire place insert anymore. Stopped in to see what I could get. Sales man said we don't sell fire place inserts , just accessories and outside furniture and barbecue grills.

I bought a large green egg for my husband's 50th in June along with the cover, wings, ceramic insert and a few other toys. They gave us a package deal and threw in a big bag of charcoal.

They assembled and delivered it to our back yard. It is something he always wanted.

Today I got what I wanted - gas fire logs- which means no more paying crazy amounts for firewood and hauling it behind the house. Lights very easily and now I need a decorative screen from an estate sale.....hmmmm.

Fantastic experience. Steve took great care of us at the store and Chuck was fantastic with the install. You pay for what you get and we got outstanding service and products.

I walked in the entrance off the back of the store, where more parking is available.. The family-run Hamilton's fire shop supplies goods like fireplace fronts, patio furniture, and grills. Our purpose for this visit was to purchase a Big Green Egg. I arrived a few minutes prior to my husband's arrival, and didn't know what to do with myself, aside from sit in a glider chair and play with my phone. This store has a wide variety of outdoor funiture, wicker, teak, aluminum, glass... you name it. Several items were marked down.

My husband will tell you he got a great package deal on his Big Green Egg, and saved shipping and assembly fees, and had a bag of charcoal thrown in, to boot. This Big Green Egg has changed the way he thinks about cooking, and it hasn't been home 48 hours yet!

Excellent staff very helpful found exactly what we needed in patio furniture great selection. They do request you leave your phone in the car no pictures.There is a sign on the door stating that. Very easy to work with and they deliver.

Bought a gas fireplace and logs from Hamilton. They were very helpful and arranged for quick and painless delivery. I would give them 5 stars except for the referral they made for installation. They guy they recommended wanted circa 4 thousand to install our unit. We got a company to do it for $1,200. I highly recommend obtaining a few quotes for installation. Recommended if you arrange for your own installer.

Purchased the type of ventless gas log system I needed from Hamilton's when I couldn't find it anywhere else in town.

The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. They didn't try to pressure me into buying something that I didn't need or would be incompatible with my home setup.

I would say the prices are fair considering the higher quality of their products, at least when it comes to fireplaces and related equipment.

I wanted to updated my fireplace logs. I went to Hamilton Fireplace Shop on Summer in January to check them out. Great selection and staff. I was told to call one of the installers or vendors to check out my old logs and chimney before I purchased a new set. This is where the problems started. That vendor charged $250.00 to service my chimney and check out the logs. He told me the logs were good and the chimney was fine. The logs stop working the next day. I called his back and said I need to by new gas logs. I went to Hamilton and bought new logs, he said he would pick them up and install them for $250.00. When he got here to install the logs he said the price was $250.00 plus $350.00 for a 12 pipe needed.
I paid him and the logs worked only (1) week. I called him back and he said the chimney needed $1400.00 of repairs to fix a leak. That it did not need last month. He would not look at it or fix anything without me giving him $1400.00. I did not pay him!

I called Jamie Hamilton, and told him my story. He came out later that day and fixed everything in about 20 minutes. My chimney is not leaking, he left the damper open, so it rained on the longs.

Thanks to Jamie, I got what I wanted for my fire place.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE MAN IN THE WHITE TRUCK WITH THE BLACK CAP...YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH HIS SERVICE!
