Terrible attitudes from the front employees. As soon as my family of 6 walked in, I noticed two of the employees shaking their heads. (There was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time and there was no one behind us in line to order). They were rude and combative during our ordering process. (We've eaten at various FHS for over 10 years regularly so our orders are streamlined). As we ordered, the girl at the register interrupted us, and told us we couldn't order what we wanted. They scolded my daughter for touching more than one bag of chips as she was choosing (my girls are 9, 11, 14 & 15 and are well behaved, not wild kids. One chose one bag and then changed her mind). most of the tables were sticky and dirty. We moved some clean tables so we could sit all together and they told us we couldn't do that. The food was decent but we felt very unwelcomed here today.

Went to get a vege sub here. Did carry out-- up the street to speedway. Vegetables were microwaved to mush, dripping wet w juice. Ruined the bread. Not sure why they serve such a sloppy, poor excuse of a sub. I won't ever eat at another firehouse sub... nor recommend it. 3/4 of the sun went in the trash. The preparers knew this was not the way to serve a quality product. So disappointing!

Very clean, sub was fantastic as usual. There were two young ladies working. Both with long hair. One with her hair up (#1) and one with her hair down (#2). #2 made my sub and was very courteous when giving it to me. #1 took my order and to be honest was plain rude, definitely needs some customer service training.

The food is always great! But yesterday 8/29/22 I went it at about 5:10 and this lady that was working there with red and black braids was being super rude to her coworker, I felt very bad for her. It was quite embarrassing. I would terminate my employees immediately if I saw one of them treating another coworker this way.

Called ahead so our simple order would be ready for pick up. Repeated the order 3 times for clarity. When we arrived order was not ready. Not even started. Never even placed. Worst service ever. How about some employee training FireHouse? You take the order place the order then make the order.....

This is a a diffiuclt to reach location. You are hard pressed to cross the busiest street in all of Concord to get here. To make matters worse it is a bit tricky to get out and be on your way. Location is an issue and that is the only one.
Inside the restuarant is clean. The staff understand English and speak clearly. They get your order recorded, made, and delivered to you correctly.

I got a turkey bacon ranch sub. I was surprised that the sub was hot. It was a nice surprise. However the ice tea I got was far too sweet. I got the unsweetened tea however it had sugar. If you like sweet tea it would be fine however it was unexpected.

TERRIBLE! Waited over 45 minutes for our sub! There were 5 ppl working behind the counter! Service has gone down the drain at this location. I would give a negative rating if it was available.

My first time here and the small Hook & Ladder was quite yummy. The quality of the meat and freshness of the wheat bread were surprisingly good. There's definitely a difference you can notice between the subs here and the "$5 guys". I thought the decor was quite eye-catching and who can resist the back story of how this franchise was started by former firefighters? Thanks to all those who have served and are currently serving by the way!
The food was great, the employees greeted you with a smile and a "Welcome to FIrehouse Subs!!" about entering, the store was clean and next time I'm in the mood for a quick sandwich on my travels, I will be sure to add Firehouse Subs to my list. Took almost 45 minutes to make 2 subs. Sub maker had no idea what she was doing. Staff did not warn us that they were the worlds slowest sub makers
