I love Firefly! Beautiful clothes and accessories. Perfect for finding a unique outfit for going out at night, work, or just every day. If I need something special this is the first place I look. Awesome style and affordable too.
My only complaint is that they don't have a store in NY! But they are super friendly and helpful when I see something online that I like. I follow Firefly on Facebook and Instagram and love getting their clothes in the mail!

I had the best experience today! i'm not sure what the girls name was that helped me, but she is thin with brown hair and tan. She was incredible! she took her time to help me try on multiple different outfits and let me know which outfit looked the best! she also helped me get out of my comfort zone. usually I wear black or white but she convinced me to do RED!! I am so excited and satisfied with my purchase! I will be back again!!

I shopped at Fireflytrend on a recent visit to the Plano area. I really loved the shop. The items were presented beautifully and I found a top and a couple of pieces of jewelry that I fell in love with. The boutique had a great selection of on trend looks and also some easy to wear staples like buttery soft tees and cute bralettes. Their staff was helpful and I appreciated that they were not pushy. Overall I highly recommend checking it out. If I lived in the area it would definitely be a go-to place for me!

Nice, big store with plenty of selection. Lots of cute things to try on. One complaint that I have isn't really Firefly's fault, but what's up with ALL the clothes being immensely sheer but then having cut-outs in JUST the right places so you can't wear a bra? TONS of that going on. It's fun to have a slightly scandalous Saturday night dress but I can't see buying several. :/

My only complaint (that IS related to them!) was the dressing room lighting was kinda dark and off. Made it hard to really know how things looked.

Didn't buy anything since the items I liked weren't quite right for me this time but the prices were pretty decent for a cute boutique. I'd happily re-visit.

Bad experience here. I was with my college age daughter to buy a dress for a party. She paid $60. We noticed creases in the material. The lady at the front counter told us that we can easily remove with an iron. When we got home she ironed it and it was not a crease but a flaw in the material of the dress. It looked terrible. In the next couple of days we came back with the receipt and the dress and tag still completely attached. She wanted to just exchange the dress for another one, but could not find anything else that she liked. They refused to refund her money but only gave her a store credit. We understand that is the policy but when their merchandise is flawed I feel that a full refund should be given. They did not do this. Their clothes are overpriced. Also saw a couple of dresses with zippers broken. Beware don't buy anything here if you don't want to lose all your money. Would never go back here.

I've been in quite a few times and the selection is always fun to browse through. The staff is so nice and even though I don't always buy something, they are still attentive. The manager is really nice and let me in on the secret... if you live in the Shops you get a discount!

Some of the clothes seem cheaply made but for a well priced boutique the quality is for the most part pretty good. Check it out for yourself!

There is nothing bad I can say about Firefly Trend! From the friendly staff to the store's fun and chic atmosphere, there is no other boutique I would go to.
The clothes are on-trend, priced right, and super cute! With their frequent sales events-Girls Night Out, end of season sales, etc. complete with DJ, wine sampling, cupcakes, and discounted pricing...how could it get any better!
For whatever your fashion needs, Firefly Trend is where it's at!

I looooove this place! Super cute, stylish clothes. They always have items I haven't seen anywhere else. Whenever I wear pieces from here, I always get compliments. Bernard, the owner, is kind and creative. Always willing to give advice and point you in the right direction. The associates I've met, Aubri and Trish, are friendly and helpful. Go here now!!

Fabulous place to go shopping if you are looking for current trends and on a budget. It's difficult to stop at one pair of clothing to buy! Great customer service

Im from the East Coast & Im used to NYC fashions- & trying to find somewhere to go where you dont see the same items everywhere, is hard-
& Firefly has the most unique things-their clothes are sexy & one of a kind
but I absolutely LOVE the accessories!
I never leave there without a large chunky necklace & earring pieces or a purse-

Ive only been to the store in Allen & the Customer Service has always been helpful & so friendly- They dont bug you to buy anything- They initially acknowledge you & then leave to shop & one time, I even had a problem with a necklace that broke & returned it a few wks later & they went out of their way to order me another one because I loved it so much-
Love this store & will always go there first when I want something you dont see anywhere else!
