Rick always has my car returned to me in perfect condition even though it didn't arrive that way!

Rick and his guys do great work, whether it be custom work or collision, fair prices and available to answer questions. As far as custom work no job too big or too small.

I had some aluminum parts refinished and painted there. It turned out wonderful and I would highly recommend the shop. Very fair prices and personalized service.

When someone hit my car, I didn't know what to do with it or where to take it. I was recommended Fineline Collision shop, right away I never looked into any place again. We took my car there right away, quoted it and within a few days it was being worked on. After 4 days, exactly how long i was told it would take, i got my car back and i wouldn't have even known it was ever in an accident. I would recommend this place to anyone, fair prices, phenomenal work and a great owner. Best Collision shop around!

I've know Rick for 20 years or more. He's always been fair price wise. His work is fantastic.
Thanks again Rick.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - MH Tech S.East Aurora, NY0162Aug 18, 2016
I gave these guys 3 chances to make my vehicle right. The finish work was terrible. First time... the body work all bubbled.. ok... I figured whatever.. things happen. Brought it back. They claimed bad bondo from their paint supplier. Said it was suggested to them to use this new product. They should have practiced using it on their own vehicle.
They "carved" it out as explained to me.. replaced with good brand dupont bondo.. repainted.. meanwhile folks.. they already had my vehicle for over a week previously to fix it the first time. No loaner either.
Guess what.. that New so nice bondo by dupont... caused the entire refinished area to bulge out.. so back in it went for repairs...
They say they must not have gotten it all put the first time because they only "carved out the bad stuff"
This time they say they completely stripped it.. refinished it all... OK I figure sweet..
Inspected it at night time when I go home from work... I seen 10 pits of white... could have been more.. now the paint has pin holes all over that are white . So.. after them having the vehicle 2 other times.. 3 weeks total.. no loaner.. i still have issues.. I seen the blemishes and pits at night!!! are you kidding me right now? Didn't see that before you said it was done??!! The vehicle is black.. couldn't see white dots on black??
So for the 3rd time it went back in.. I just inspected it... paint pits remain.. only black this time.. you can feel with bare hands the pits and bumps in my new paint.. the vehicle is a 2014 grand caravan.. I expected better results. It's not a winter beater. They need to fire the current body working Crew and hire people that know what they are doing.
They NEVER removed the window trim or bumper cover.. both have sand marks and overspray. The tape job was terrible. I'll never go here again. Not even to fix the current issues. I'm done with Fineline Collision and the owner Rick. Yeah they stand behind the work but who wants to be without a vehicle for a month due to multiple mistakes and repairs?
My insurance paid for it or I would take them to court for money back so I can have it fixed and finished professionally.
Hope this review puts you in the right direction.. which should be as far from this place as possible..
The owner knows who wrote this review. If they want to resolve it somehow they can call me. They know my number.. had to see if at least 15 times on their phone system.
I wanted to thank them not leave a bad review.. but their results forced this review. If it were a good job I would have tipped them. As far as I'm concerned.. they owe me fuel and time expenses. After having my vehicle for over a total of a month they should pay one of my car payments haha. What a joke the experience was. Never again!! EVER!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lindsey P.Boston, NY01May 4, 2017
During a wind storm my minivan was damaged. I needed a new windshield and some body work and a paint job for the roof. The work only took three days and I'm a busy mom so not having it in a shop for a week was super helpful. Since I'm a busy mom, my van was not the cleanest on the inside (one of the last things usually on my mind). I had cleaned it out some before I dropped it off so it wouldn't look like a total disaster but it was far from clean. Imagine what a wonderful surprise I got when I picked up my van and the inside was clean!!! They had vacuumed and shampooed my rugs and wiped things down. Not a detail job but so much better than I had left it. I couldn't believe it!! Not only was the collision work great but they went above and beyond to help this customer!! Thank you Fine Line Collision!

Being that I've never been the best driver in the world, I've had my fair share of accidents & fender benders over the years. Many of those mishaps were with my parents' cars. They've been taking their vehicles to Fineline for as long as I can remember. With their recommendation, I've now had the opportunity to take my own vehicles to Fineline on more than one occasion. They always do the best work. You can never tell that the vehicle was ever in an accident! A couple years ago, someone smashed the rear end of my car while I was parked on the street and they never stopped. I ended up having Fineline do the work and they helped me out with a loaner while my car was in the shop. Recently, my husband was rear ended pretty bad with our Ford Escape. We filed the claim under the other person's insurance so we could avoid paying our own deductible. I took the vehicle in for an estimate, the insurance adjuster came to my husbands work a day or two later and did his own estimate, and then we made arrangements to drop it off at Fineline. Since the other person's insurance covered a rental for the time that the repairs were being done, Fineline made the arrangements for the rental car company to meet me at the collision shop. I was never without a vehicle while the work was being done. It took them two weeks to do the work (which is what they told me up front and I didn't mind a bit since I had the rental!) and the car came back in "like new" condition. I will never go anywhere else. These guys can be trusted and they do just a phenomenal job! Rick (the owner) is an awesome guy. He's honest and up front with you and really knows what he's doing. I highly recommend this place!!!
