Finders Keepers

I have committed to being more mindful of my buying habits. And, one of those is - buying quality clothing and not fast fashion. Enter: Finders Keepers. But, on top of being able to buy quality pre-owned clothes and shoes, the shop assistants are the best.

I walked in without much direction, but I knew I needed something for work. They asked questions without being pushy. They made suggestions without any judgement.

Go to this place. It's amazing!

Stopped in for a quick look around. Clothing is nicely arranged by color and type not just size. It feels like you're walking into a lovely, glamorous closet owned by your close friend. Prices are appropriate for the quality and brand. Check them out!

When i called to get information on bringing in a vintage designer dress I was informed that this store does not take vintage and is only looking for 1 to 3-year-old clothes. Note that that's not their description! Just want to put this out there for others who maybe looking.

Stopped in after visiting the popular coffee shop next door. Had a great experience! Was impressed with the service, quality of clothing and prices. I found the clothes to be in better shape than I usually see at resale shops. I think my favorite part was that clothes were labeled by size on the hangers. Made shopping so easy!

I ended up buying a few items, and will definitely stop by again when I'm in town next.

Lovely store in SLO! Just happened to see their sign and went in. Was greeted warmly and the shop is merchandised by color and very neat. I purchased a summer dress which I am excited to wear soon. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

I love Finders Keepers! I always find wonderful clothing here for all occasions. The customer service has *always* been great and the store is organized and easy to shop. I started shopping here in college (18 yrs ago) and would stop by for some cute things when I had extra spending money. Over the years, I've stopped by for many special occasions dresses and work outfits. Now I stay at home with my kids, I still stop in for jeans, tops, and handbags. There's even a toy box for the kids! Debra and staff have been so helpful with suggestions or letting me browse. I found some tops here when I was pregnant. The staff looked around for stretchy or flowy tops/dresses. Perfect! I've consigned a few times and it was an easy process.

I've been shopping here for two years now and the store and customer service just keeps getting better! They have great brands, high quality, gently used items for affordable prices. This is my go-to place for work clothes and favorite consignment shop to visit when I'm downtown.

This place is a real gem! I've visited twice and the second time left with a gorgeous brand new story Burch bag. I had intended on buying work clothes, but I kept admiring the bag so much that I decided to "treat myself." I also felt no pressure whatsoever to purchase that pricy bag, it was all me. The clothes and accessories are great, quality/high end brands. The staff is very friendly and the owner is helpful too. I definitely will be back to see the new items they receive and will refer friends.

Dealt with Debra online - was a very frustrating experience. PLUS did not get the bag - double FAIL!

I had been in constant contact with FK for about 2 days about a backpack. We had verbally agreed on a price, but when they posted it online, it was the wrong price! So I messaged them (again - we were like 8 messages deep at this point) to fix it, but they didn't do it until 5:30am the NEXT morning! Of course, by the time I realized it - someone else had purchased it. So very disappointing.

I am frustrated, because if you make a verbal agreement (especially after multiple messages back and forth), you should do your best to honor it. They could have indicated the bag as a special listing, and/or informed me when the bag would be reposted. I don't know if they tried to contact the other buyer to explain and make things right, but I don't think they did. Very very very disappointing and unprofessional.

Perhaps they should just stick with their store front, and not try to delve into the online space if they don't know what they are doing.

Rather small location. Mostly small sizes, sizes grouped by colors, have to look in every color or group to find everything in your size. Prices rather high compared to other designer consignment stores in higher rent cities. Did find some high end designers but other designers can find at Ross, TJ max or Burlington. Stopped on the 5 start rating to be disappointed after having to find the place and find parking. Not a place I would go out of my way to visit a second time.
