I am always a little picky with who touches my hair and trying new places. But this place had very good reviews so I though I would give it a go. When I walked in the workers were very nice and greeted me in.

Akilah was the lady who did my hair and she was great! She is such a nice lady and knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut. She washed, cut, and styled my hair all for $35! You can't beat that price. I would definitely go back! My hair feels so smooth and looks so healthy. Thank you Akilah!

I went in for a trim and color. And I have to say the color came out amazing! Charlene is absolutely amazing and captured exactly what I wanted to get done!

Final Touch is OPEN! Charlene keeps the salon very clean and and I felt comfortable getting my hair done during the times of Covid-19. She did a great job as always with my blonde hair. She is amazing and I have trusted her with my hair for years!

Looking for a new hair salon is always the hardest! I saw this shop next to the csun community and gave it a try:) the shop has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I was greeted right away. I waited only about 10 minutes before I met my stylist and I told her something I wanted, she went beyond my expectations! I've never had a cut like this before and I'm in love!

I was alarmed that I could get a same day appointment on a Saturday. But I though whatever I want something simple. I literally almost turned around when I saw the shop front. It's just ugly.

While my hair cut by Charlene turned out fine. Granted it was a super easy cut just a trim and some long layers. I won't be going back. Charlene was really sweet and I was happy with her service. She was super careful too make sure my cut was up to my satisfaction. She did exactly what I wanted. My hair was super soft and healthy when she was done.

The Shampoo station was filled with clunky bottles over filling the back area and stained towels. She gave me a cold shampoo. Her station just looked cheap and badly decorated with dust everywhere and ugly labels everywhere. She was answering calls during my appointment. I just was turned off by the decor and clutter. It could look so much more professional. They obviously cut corners on decor. I won't be coming back.

Akilah is super sweet and did an amazing job on my braids. She braids clean and tight. So far it's the best braid job I've had done.

I have been coming here whenever I need a cut, trim, or highlights! I love the ladies that work here.They are so nice and sweet. I would highly recommend to get your cut from Charlene. I have never left this place unsatisfied. I recently came out with a do that I would have never done and I love it. I've had Akilah do my highlights the last two times and they're just wonderful! They listen to what you want and bounce ideas that might work better for you and they really establish that great client relationship. Call ahead of time because they get busy and sometimes it is a wait, but they really try to cater to everyone. Probably the only place I trust with my hair.

Akilah is the best!!!! She's so kind and easy going. Been cutting my hair with for about 2 years now and every time I see her it's such a fun time and she's super affordable! Decided to get my hair dyed by her and it was the best choice ever SHE GAVE ME THE BEYONCÉ HAIR IVE BEEN WANTING !!!! She lightened my hair so pretty and didn't damage it!! You're the best Akilah !!!! She also accommodates on my last minute calls and gets me in as soon as she possibly can, she's awesome!!

I have been going here for years. Charlene always listens to me and I can count on a high quality hair cut from her every time. I've had great interactions with all of the other stylist as well. Everyone is friendly, creative and professional. My daughter recently wanted to bleach and dye the ends of her hair bright pink. Charlene talked with her about what she wanted and made it happen. It looks great! It came out just as my daughter envisioned. I've seen some of Charlene's other color work, from traditional to creative/expressive, and it all looks good! Highly recommend!

This is my first year living in the valley, so didn't know anyone who I could trust with my hair. I have curly hair and when it comes to cutting my hair, I start stressing lol. Akilah was very friendly, I just show her a couple of pic of what I wanted and explained a little. She took me very last minute (like I called her 10 mins before) and she took her took her time, she was not in a rush with me. She recommended I go home and style it how I usually do and offered to comeback that same week if I needed to fix anything or make it shorter.I will be coming to her how ever long I live in the valley.
