Felix & Oscar

I see why this store has 5 stars. I went here after a 4 mile walk with my puppy. We were greeted immediately. The employees were so friendly and gave my dog lots of snacks, belly rubs & pats. I loved that. We were able to buy a new leash with lifetime warranty (lupine) so it's cute and functional.

We will definitely be back, because, why not?!

Totally recommend coming here! Upon entering I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. He helped me find exactly the things I was looking for and was so detailed about everything - truly seemed like someone passionate in dogs and their health and etc! I'm all for supporting small local businesses and I'm very glad I found this one! Towards checkout he offered me a sample to give my dog and explained some kibble options for my doggo...

He made it very clear- DOGS ARE WELCOMED!! Seems like any dog that steps foot in this store would be showered with love just from staff alone!

Firstly, I was already purchasing from Felix and Oscar. I believe in supporting local businesses. But after Loyal Companion closed all of their locations in the DC Metro area, thank God we still have Felix and Oscar from which to purchase quality pet food and pet supplies!!!

The company is easy to work with, and they have great customer service. Let's all support Felix and Oscar to keep them in business. Our pets need them and will thank us. :)

If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I would! Felix and Oscar is an family operated store with many natural ingredient for treats and foods for our pets. The customer service that my pup and I received was way above any other pet store we've been to. My pup- Gideon received so much love and attention by the sales associates and they were AMAZING. They gave Gideon all of the love and attention that I could ask for while I got some shopping done. Gideon clearly didn't want to leave the store after all the treats and love he received, I had to bribe his way out! I am beyond impressed, appreciative, and thankful for the experience Felix and Oscar gave us. This is a highly recommended pet store, we'll make the extra drive because of the great customer service and their products. Thank you so much for giving us an beyond expectational experience, you guys are amazing!!

Conscience one-on-one customer service, call-backs. Help with carrying new products. In my instance, Carna4 dog food recommended to me by Dr. Karen Becker, renowned holistic DVM. The slow bake method & fact no synthetics is important to our pets' health and longevity.

Matt reached out to me when product was stocked. Amazingly, less expensive in Felix & Oscar's than on-line Big Boxes, AMAZON, Chewy's, etc.

It's been a long time since I visited Felix and Oscar. The place is full of goodness for your fur babies. Always clean and all the items are always stocked up properly and the sales associates are kind. We had to go get all natural dog conditioner/spray along with earth animal, NO HIDE all natural treat for our dog. He loves earth animal treat. We found beef recipe, grass-fed beef :) lucky dog. . Well, after all he will be turning 3 on few weeks and he is FAMILY!! Looking for all natural, high quality animal supplies etc, check Felix and Oscar on Backlick Road.
