Fazoli's

The four stars is only for the food. If I were to rate the rest it would be a solid 2 only. Maybe a 1.

Let's end with positivity and start with the meh. The store was not clean. Like gross. The drink station...oye! I couldn't even do it. I passed on that. And someone spilled an entire drink on the floor and cabinets and they told staff. Two of them acknowledged it. 35 min later when we left, the spill was still there. We couldn't find a place to sit as the tables were dirrrrty. There was a stack of dirty dishes near the drink station as well. It was not busy and there seemed to be several staff hanging out near registers. This was off putting.

However...I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and the breadsticks. Both were super hot, cooked perfectly and had a good taste. I hadn't had this restaurant in years as I don't live near one. It's not bad food and would return.

De Leon Made our experience here wonderful and my table could not believe how exceptional the customer service experience was here. Even though Fazoli's is a casual Italian fast food restaurant, when we came in it was pretty empty so we had the opportunity to chat with V employees a bit and honestly I would say that our visit to Fazoli's is one of the best customer service experiences we've had in a restaurant ever. As far as the food goes, I was happy with what I ordered and especially really loved the breadsticks. I even got extra breadsticks to take home

The food here is a good value for the price and depending on what you order, you'll probably have some left over for another meal. I'd recommend this location for a quick lunch or dinner

Just awful, the food was gross. Was that real chicken? Infused with some cheap chicken broth. Never ever again. No wonder they went out of business in Phoenix.

Fazoli's never seems to disappoint me! The food was great, the service was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly! One of the drink lids accidentally came off when I was in the drive-through and the guy at the drive-through window was so nice and handed me a towel to clean it up. I look forward to coming back here again! And also the breadsticks were phenomenal!!

Decent food, reasonable, dine-in service, reasonable prices. It gets a little loud, but that's to be expected.

Incomplete order, no celery on my wings, chicken on the Alfredo was salty, no silverware and not very friendly staff, not polite.
I was reading a sign on their drive thru window and an employee was probably thinking I was looking at him, the dude kept looking at me afterwards so awkward.. Anyways. The food is not worth the money.

Honestly really gross. Spent $15 on 2 things and I just feel absolutely nauseous and sick to my stomach.

Had to leave a review after reading Ernest and Rachel's whiny review that is just two unhappy ppl who complain about everything.
I've ordered from fizolis several times during the lock down and I've had a great experience every time. The service is friendly and the ultimate spaghetti and pasta sampler are very tasty.
Before you ppl complain about a restaurant try going back and asking to replace what you're unhappy with I'm sure they'd be happy to fix any issues. But complaining about losing an hour out of your day and hurting their business because of that has nothing to do with the taste of the food or their customer service. And businesses are struggling right now. So unless you have a real complaint i suggest you seek therapy

Visited here from Texas. Far better than I anticipated. The bad reviews I don't understand. My boyfriend and I are vegetarians so even though the Alfredo and the Spaghetti had no meat (main central for flavor), the dishes were plenty flavorful. The breadsticks are amazing as well!
