Fazoli's

The service was very good. Heather and Christen were welcoming friendly and attentive. The food was decently priced and good. Love the breadsticks! The dining area had some dirty tables but overall experience was good.

Good cheap "Italian" food. The staff was clearly disgruntled with the owner or manager because the portions were enormous. Got a "slice" or pepperoni which consisted of the kid giving me an entire pizza in a box. Also gave us 26 breadsticks. This was a to go order for just two people. My wife ordered the chicken fettuccine and it was so large they put it in two containers and probably had a pound of chicken with it. It came in the bags with 17 forks and 30 knives. I called back and asked if I could know when this crew was working again!

Good Italian style fast food and decent prices. The service was very good at this location, with the food being brought right to the table. They then ask if you want extra cheese on your entree, and, if so, grind it fresh at the table. And, the endless breadsticks are as awesome as ever, served piping hot and swimming in garlic butter. All the dishes are a little bland for our taste, but red pepper flakes and ground parmesan cheese are provided at the table to spice it up the way you like it. The dining area was very clean, and the staff very friendly.

It was very busy and the staff were not up to the rush. I ordered the baked Ziti and it was mediocre (I don't think it was actually baked) and we waited well over a half an hour to get our food. I won't be back to that location.

It is what it is. It's fast and cheap and not great. My kid loves it, so we come here once in a while. That being said, they have a 0% accuracy rate at getting my food order correct. The drive-through staff is appalling - today, I was not even greeted or told how much my food was going to be. The woman stuck her hand out the window to collect the money with a scowl on her face, never saying one word throughout the entire transaction.

Let's be honest, I'll still keep coming to Fazoli's because it's Quincy and options are limited if you want a fast meal that isn't burgers and fries, but this place isn't great.

Had to wait to an order for spaghetti. Took 40 min to get. But drive-thru was rolling just fine

Help health department they don't even ware hair nets

Love the food and especially the breadsticks. The General Manager is one of the best. The other are all super nice!!!!!
