I've gone to Mark (the owner) three times for copying services plus his fine stamp collection. He has an attitude problem and doesn't really understand the copying services that he offers. My last visit he messed up my documents, walked away to behind the counter and waited for me to pay $25 for incorrect copying as if it was my fault! I feared he would call the police as I didn't want to deal with that so I paid and said I would never return. I asked him if he realizes he is in competition with Staples a few doors down? He said yes. Imagine that?

Don't go there. I did give him chances and he doesn't care enough about his business or customers. The only reason he got one star here is because of the "enter" key or his stamp collection is nice but comes in books of 16 not 20.

I love this shipping store! I have been using Mark for many years and he always has managed to solve my shipping problems. Even when hurricane Sandy flattened the building that had my package, he managed to help me get it back. It did take a while though. Sometimes he is a bit flustered when handling several things a once, but he does get it done
