Honest and professional service. These guys know what they're doing and took care of everything on my m550i. I came in with a noise coming from my front suspension that I couldn't figure out and they made sure to inspect every inch and found the issue! Turns out my skid plate was loose and my control arms were pretty much done.

They worked with my extended warranty and kept me in the loop with daily updates. Craig and Mason were excellent and transparent every step of the way.

Car feels brand new!

My 2015 BMW 328d was displaying a CEL code and I decided to try out Fast Lane. They are walking distance from my home, even though Stevens Creek BMW is closer.

I worked directly with Jason and we decided to also take care of the damage I did to the headlight assemblies while parking. (Yes, I ignored the warnings thinking that I had inches to spare)

The mechanical repair went smoothly, which required the removal and replacement of the intake manifold. This revealed a lot of carbon buildup on the intake ports, so we went ahead and had that cleaned up.

Dealing with my insurance took a lot of time, but Jason handled all of it, so my involvement was more minimal. This was necessary since I was actually away with minimal connectivity. There was a lot of intermittent messaging going back and forth and Jason was very patient with me. :-)

The car is running fantastic and I got a new mpg record of 48mpg driving from Santa Clara to Oakland and back again! The drive on Hwy 17 to Felton and back was spirited and the Bimmer performed as one would expect it to! (This 328d has the M Performance package, so it is sportier than stock)

Since both headlight assemblies were replaced, the beams had to be adjusted and they got it correct on the first try.

Brought a 10 year old BMW here because the CEL is on for a while. requested engine check, thermostat and low beam bulb replacement, also replaced parking brake clamp as recommended after checked.

Jason is professional and patient. The diagnosis fee is higher than other shops I quoted, but it worth and they did check carefully. All work were done in 2 days and Jason always replied in time, which is fancy to me. The car is in good condition so far and I am happy about this.

Only thing not so satisfied is the price of parking brake cable clip replacement is so high (1315$).

Found a new place to have my Mercedes serviced. Craig my advisor constantly kept me up to date on what they were doing and when my vehicle would be done. All of the employees were friendly and attentive. I was really impressed the cleanliness of both the customer waiting area and the shop.

I don't usually leave reviews but Fast Lane European deserves two thumbs up! I worked primarily with Jason and Yvonne and both have super great customer service. I needed an oil change and brake fluid swap (so I thought) but turns out there were some other services my bmw x5 50i needed. They inspect your vehicle and inform you of any other necessary services. I needed new batteries for the car (which I wasn't aware of) and my rear brakes were low too. They are great with communication which is a great plus and they even got my car a mini detail cleaning which was a nice added bonus. Long story short I got the car back in tip top shape and they even advised me on getting tires swapped because they were wearing low on tread. I liked the low pressure sales as they were just advising me on things I should get done before I wind up stuck dead on the road (battery and tires). Very friendly and just over all very satisfied with how they do business. Car is running great and I would definitely recommend how they do business.

Called in and asked to help schedule a service with a tight time line. They were able to squeeze me in and accommodate me and my car accordingly. They were very professional and I'm happy with the service.

I brought my car for an oil change last year and I called today to inquire about maintenance service. I have been bringing my car to the same shop but their positive reviews on yelp had me consider to try them and see if it's worth the shift from my mechanic to them. I also receive emails and text messages from them.

I spoke with Jason and I asked a direct question on how much it would cost for a service. He noticed on my record that when I brought my car last time for an oil change, I didn't get my spark plugs done through them. I said it's because I learned that my mechanic was cheaper. He went on and said "why don't you bring your car to your mechanic then if cost is a factor". I said it's because of the positive reviews they have on yelp that's why I wanted to explore their service. He kept going on saying that "typically, folks stay with their mechanic" and he wasn't sure why I wanted to bring my car back to them. I got the sense that I am not getting help so I just cut the conversation and still politely thanked him for his time. Good luck dealing with Jason.

Phenomenal service - absolutely took care of me even though this was not a big job (wheels/tires and alignment). I went to Fast Lane because all of the independent shops on the Peninsula are gone. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust but after my last service, which required them to figure out a complex fuel problem that other shops couldn't, they clearly showed me that they know what they are doing and offer a great value. It's worth the 40 minute drive for me to take my car there.
