Farmers Insurance - Richard Khasim

WOW. I do not have words to summarize how beyond helpful he was!!! He went above and beyond to save me every little dime that he could and tried to avoid me having to do unneeded/expensive work.

I have been fighting a month+ long battle with my flood insurance agency and former agent. Everyone was doing behind the curtains stuff and never helped/even told me what was going on. He sat down with me and explained EVERYTHING to me and helped me understand what my former agent did wrong. He helped me organize my current insurance (not even through farmers) and helped me set up how to switch that over to farmers.

In addition, he also saved me a tremendous amount of money by giving me names for land surveyors to do my elevation certificate. Seriously can't thank him enough for listening to my hell of a situation and really helping me understand what went wrong.

He DEFINITELY knows his stuff! I would HIGHLY recommend him! Office staff was extremely nice too.

Guess I took for granted how on top of their service Richard and his staff are. Called various other places for quotes and it almost seemed like tedious work for them or just seemed like they were taking a food order.

Richards quote was much more detailed and when I had questions, they were answered immediately. We closed escrow a few months ago and have added to our new home. His staff his been on top of it since then, making sure our coverage will cover the additions.

I look at it this way...If they act like its tedious work to sell you a policy, just imagine how they will act when you have a claim.

I called this office in a panic when we ran into an issue with our previous homeowner's insurance. It was literally one of those last-minute desperation calls after having dealt with phone trees and dead ends other places. The insurance agent in town. They are super friendly and they always take care of me fast. I am always one phone call away. To the point I have all the insurance for me and my family with them. ( car, house, rental , life, my business, my car for the business also for extra protection an umbrella in case something went bad.
