Katie was amazing in walking me through setting up policies for a new build construction HOA. I have worked with the Greg Norris agency in securing over fifty properties through our management company. They have always been responsive and easy to work with. Definitely a five star review

Dealing with category-3 water damage was very Stressful, moving our tenants to temporary hotel was even more stressful, dealing with different contractors morphed all that stress into a beast, worst of all, dealing with HOA was Stress on Stero!d !!! But in the end, we're very grateful that the process was handled professionally by Derrick and Joshua :-)

1- Derrick contacted us after HOA finally filed a claim, and that was actually the first time I felt a sense of calm and ease after the horrific water damage. He graciously --
* Walked us through our claims in details
* Explained the process with clear timelines
* Answered all our concerns and questions
* In-depth knowledge of damages, liabilities associated with claims
It was definitely my pleasure working with Derrick, I really appreciate his help and support during this difficult time. He was humble, personal, and best of all, his professional credentials are impeccable!

2- Met Josh on 10/19 for claim estimates. He was very courteous, smart and very pleasant. He drew a precise floor plan of the unit down to details in all nooks and crannies, took pictures from different angles, and documented everything in details. He was very courteous, smart and pleasant.

When I left a VM for this company, I received a TEXT MESSAGE requesting I allow them to barrage my phone with marketing texts! They obviously don't care about personal service. Computer generated responses are all they seem capable of doing. Not a single call back.

This dependence of automation and text data is as impersonal as it can get. I can only imagine what would happen if a claim had to be resolved.

This is the second Farmers Insurance office I have tried to reach out to. Guess that's a good indication of the company's concern about its customers.

Quite a frustrating experience with this company.

Requested mailing address be updated as soon as the mailing address changed. Mailing address was not updated, and the next bill went to the old address & was not forwarded.

The insurance, unbeknown to us, was cancelled as a result. Once it was made known to us, we followed up with an apathetic contact at Greg Norris to sort out what happened & get coverage reinstated over the course of many, many, many emails. Received an apology for the error in the very last email. Found a new insurance broker and switched.

Luckily for us, there was no accident or damage during the time we were without coverage. We would have been hosed.

Anyone who values their time, sanity and having uninterrupted insurance coverage would do best to avoid this sloppy mess of a business.

Dissatisfaction, defined. We used this office for years. Then we changed brokers and paid 1/2 what Norris was charging. While we had our policy with Norris, they moved the office and didn't bother to tell us. We are satisfied with our new broker in San Francisco.

Under recommendation from our realtor, we moved our Auto and Home insurance from AllState to Greg Norris Farmers Insurance. The original rep was super, and then she left. I am so fed up with the service and attitude from the new rep, Stacy C., i have decided to go back to Allstate. Completely unprofessional and enough frustration that I decided to post this YELP review. Please don't make my mistake. See a copy of her email that was sent to me by mistake -- this is how the Greg Norris Agency treats their customers.
