Friendly help me find my size. Suggested other colors available very clean environment

My husband and I stopped in to find some comfortable shoes to work in. During this process, we were constantly encouraged by Kephon (K) to take our time, find what your looking for and to do whatever it takes to find that comfort zone. Through our efforts and Kephon's high level of customer satisfaction, we purchased 4 pairs of shoes and two packages of socks. Thanks Famous Footwear and a special thanks to Kephon for providing a great buying experience.

I am not sure why so many bad reviews for this place! My brother and I went in on back Friday and it wasn't busy at all! We got a wonderful deal! Two pairs of Nike's for only $80. The service Was great and the young girl that helped us was so funny and helpful with discounts. I will be stopping in again before Christmas for the bogo sale!

I've talked to management and even had calls from FF corporate office and they won't carry my size at this store. Corporate office said that store gets what it gets.

Julie, I don't see the point. Your district manager is the one that gave me the run around and I wrote your corporate office and they offered a big case of don't give a damn.

Just went in to look at shoes. One sales person in the store. She spent the whole time I was there on the phone. Needs some customer service training.

I have started buying my kids shoes here because they always have coupons online and on their yelp. I also have the membership card thing and they email me 20% off my entire order that I can use when they have buy one get one half off.

I save so much money and my two boys go through some shoes pretty quickly. My oldest doesn't seem to know not to ride his bike or play outside in new shoes. I use the shoe cleaners they sale and it does a pretty good job keeping things looking good for at least a few months.

I love the women's shoe section because I always find something dressy I want to buy. I never find too many trendy shoes but they have the standard nikes, vans, and converse. I normally grab some when I have a coupon and they are on sale.

If I could give no stars I would. The people greet u yes when u walk in but that's it. They walk around or sit on counter tops. Don't ask if you need help or if there's anything that ur looking for particularly. Just stay next to the register or with other coworkers. Won't be going back.

I really like this store. They always have good deals and so far they always have my size. I'm not a patient shopper and get bored quickly trying to find what I want. So I always ask for help. The staff greet you when you come in and then they leave you alone until you need them. So yes,you need to ask for help. But it's so easy. You walk up and say, I need help. I buy all my shoes here.

This review is intended for the Famous Footwear at Jess Ranch. On 7/14/2017 between 6:30 and 7 PM I went to Big 5 to purchase some Nikes. They had the style I wanted, but not the color, so I decided to check out the Famous Footwear 2 doors down. When I entered the store, the girl at the register literally just glanced at me and went back to her (very loud) convo with the only other customer in the store about In-N-Out burger vs other burgers. (She does not like In-N Out fries by the way.) No greeting, nothing. There was also 1 other (male) employee there but he said nothing also. After a minute or so I found the section I needed. I was literally there 40 minutes before I was spoken to. I had chosen my shoes and had wandered back to the children's section to buy my granddaughter some shoes. I found the shoes I wanted, but they were the wrong size. The male employee came up to me and said, "Are you finding everything alright?" I looked at my watch and said, "I have been in this store for 40 minutes and you are barely asking me if I need help?" He started to make an excuse (there is none, I was the only person in the store after hamburger review guy left) but I cut him off and asked him if they had the size I was wanting in the back. He informed me they did not "back order." He asked if I was ready to rung up. I then told him that I had changed my mind and would not be purchasing my $90.00 shoes there. There is absolutely no excuse for poor customer service when there is ONE customer. Ridiculous. There is no way I will ever go back there. I did go back to Big 5 tho and tell the young man there I appreciated his taking care of me and that I would just go ahead and order my shoes from the Big 5 website. ZERO STARS. Advice. Get rid of your lazy employees. It looks as tho I am not the only one with this complaint.

The manager on duty was really nice. She took the time to make sure all my needs were met. She was great and the other employees were polite and kept checking to see if I needed anything.
