I purchased a very expensive massage chair that included a 2 year warranty. Came in today regarding issues with my chair and was informed that there is a $100 trip fee to come out for repairs. I was not aware or informed of this at the time of purchase. And no additional information was provided.
Of course, I paid the $100 reluctantly.... It is a very expensive chair.
But I will never ever do business with Family Leisure again. Would give zero stars if I could.

To start off, this is not a place for inexpensive patio items. But, their prices are reasonable for the quality of what they are selling. We were greeted quickly after entering, and had all our hot tub/spa questions answered in great detail. Sale prices were very good, and we will likely go back to purchase. Huge showroom shows off what they sell. It was very nice to see things in person, and not in catalogs!

Quality selection with knowledge staff makes for a successful visit every time. If you are looking for outdoor furniture that will last for many years, they have a large selection with many options of fabrics and finishes.

Very friendly, accommodating, great selection, great price and helpful! Conveniently located off freeway.

Around 20 years ago we purchased a Tropitone patio set (table, umbrella, and 4 chairs) from Watson's which is now Family Leisure. To this day it still looks great and we have had no issues.
This weekend we decided to go look at sling chaise lounge, cushioned sofa and chair for under our covered patio. Our experience with salesman Louis was outstanding. Louis is very professional and it was a pleasure making another great Tropitone purchase to compliment what we already have. Thank you Louis and Family Leisure!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM FAMILY LEISURE THEY LIE AND NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR NOTHING. THEY ARE GOOD UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY AFTER THAT YOU ARE BASICALLY ON YOUR OWN. BOUGHT THE DELUXE POOL AND PACKAGE ON APRIL 1, this year and it was just installed on the 16th of July and we still can't use our pool because it is leaking water. If you call them they do not return calls you have to keep calling them back to speak with someone. They are rude they are liars and do not care about the customer that is only asking for what I paid for. I am going to file a complaint with BBB and I am calling an attorney because according to the installation is supposed to be done correctly. It is going to be a week before they send someone out to fix the problem but I just want my money back and they can come get the pool.

do not buy there above ground pools they sell you on a 30 year warranty on the metal on the pool sides but they will not stand behind it. i bought a pool from them 5 years ago this year it started rusting from the inside out in about a 6 ft section about 2 ft off the ground . I called them and the first reason for not covering it was weather related i told them it was made to be outside in the weather the finale reason was a rock must have hit it . this pool has a deck over the place it was rusting no rock could have hit it.plus the rust is between the liner and the wall not on the outside the never sent anyone to even look at it. thanks billy and leisure pool for selling me a pile of junk. this was not one of the cheap ones either.

We bought a new hot tub a few weeks ago and had no idea how to set up or get the chemicals right. We had called the service department for help and Jennifer answered and helped walk us thru via facetime to get the heating to work. We then saw that the alkalinity was low and Jennifer again, walked us thru how to make sure that this was how it was supposed to be. We also received the wrong cover lift assist and the hot tub did not have the "party" lights at the bottom of the hot tub, she also had this ordered and will have the correct cover assist and the lights delivered at the same time so when the service guy comes out, he will be able to installed both at the same time. She was very kind, patient and knew what she was talking about. We felt better knowing that Jennifer was there for any questions we had and took the time for us and is still helping us with anything we ask. You have a great employee in Jennifer... Terrible customer service. We just left after shopping for outdoor furniture. We didn't find anything we liked, but we did buy the kids a couple of pool toys. The bat was priced at $12.99, but rang up 18.99 at the register. They said it was a mistake but would not honor the sticker price. I'm rethinking that Family Leisure really brings family and fun together. Poor service!!
