While looking for a local chiropractors I came across Family chiropractic. The staff are incredible Leticia was so helpful over the phone, making me feel comfortable giving me an entire packet to fill out before my appointment. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. I definitely would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a local chiropractor.

Dr Bonar is absolutely Amazing. I had a mighty for 3 months every single day. He adjusted my neck and the headache went away. My husband and my parents all go to him. He has helped and is still helping all of us! We love Dr Bonar. Highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks Dr B for all you do for your clients. We appreciate you.

I was recently in a car accident and I came across Dr. Bonar's office when I was searching for a chiropractor and I seen what awesome reviews he received from other clients so I decided to give his office a call. The receptionist that answered was so warm and friendly, she emailed me all of the paperwork to complete so I wouldn't have to complete it all in the office, which saves a lot of time and I was able to get an appointment for the next day, I was so grateful I was able to get in so quickly. At my first appointment, I was immediately seen. Dr. Bonar is a wealth of knowledge, he helped me understand why it was so important to see a chiropractor for my injuries and he has literally helped me return back to me pre-injury condition and I am so satisfied with the outcome! I feel amazing again, thanks to Dr. Bonar!

Oh yes and please see Leticia for her amazing aroma touch massages!! When I tell you she is like no other I mean it! I literally fell asleep during each massage because it felt so relaxing! Please visit this office for your chiropractic and massage needs! Super friendly staff

After I wrote my first review regarding limited office hours, I got a phone call from the office thanking me for writing a review. Also, the staff let me know that office hours are longer with more availability since then! I am now a very happy, (I was always happy with Dr.B and his staff but now a really really happy), returning patient.

Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Bonar is amazing! I love that he is really gentle with his approach so I don't have to keep telling myself to relax when getting adjusted. I also started taking my son to be adjusted as well. Maybe it's in my head, but I noticed my son is sleeping better after the adjustment.


Overall, I am so glad to be back

I've never been to a chiropractor, Dr. Bonar is the first for me. I was very skeptic because of the uncertainty I had. Dr. Bonar and Janice made me feel so comfortable and re-assured me that they are here to help me. I attended one of Dr. B's workshops he holds one a month. This workshop answered the questions I had and informed me of his practice that makes so much more sense to me now. I went in for back pain, which I do not have anymore and now currently treating allergies.
I know that if I have any concerns or question, I have no hesitation to ask. Along with his practice, they also offer aromatherapy, massage therapy and and rain drop technique, which all go hand in hand when healing oneself :-)

I am a new patient of Dr.Bonar. I suffer from chronic illness and traditional medicine wasn't working. I had tried everything else but never visited a chiropractor, so I gave Family Chiropractic a chance based on the reviews. I communicated with the secretary via email and clearly communicated that I would be visiting using my insurance. The secretary at the time (she's no longer there) said okay and verified pricing and my appointment. On the day of the appointment I check in confirm again that I am covered under my insurance. Secretary confirms. After my adjustment, when I'm checking out the secretary says I own $95. I said we spoke multiple times via email and on phone and you said my payment is $5 because I am covered by my insurance. She argued with me and I ended up paying the $5. Two weeks later I receive a letter from my insurance with a statement showing the the secretary also billed my Insurance (insurance paid as well) $95. The office double dipped and received two payments. I contacted the office and have yet to hear back.

Please Note:
Dr.Bonar and the new secretary are fantastic. The new secretary has excellent communication skills and provides great customer service. During my second appointment she had my insurance benefits printed and I paid $5, which is what I should always pay. I had no issues during this visit.
After my visit Dr.Bonar was able to increase my mobility and decrease pain. This review is not a reflection the of service received.

I've been seeing Dr. Bonar for the past 10 years. The first time I got an adjustment from him really amazed me. His approach is very light and gentle. Why do I keep seeing him? That's because I love my body and his chiropractic approach helped me with my back pain and headache. His staff are very friendly and professional.

I brought my daughter to Dr Rick and he is amazing with kids. She had multiple health issues which drastically improved. He is kind, educational and really makes you feel a part of the healing process.
