I have done business with Ernie for the past 30 years this man is stand up, professional, courteous, honest, and most of all carrying and hes also very very Forthright add he gets the job done almost immediately.
We have our cars insured our home we had a motorcycle insured and I have never had any problem whatsoever.
There have been a couple of accidents and Ernie was on it immediately making sure I was OK and all and involved and that there was no stress on us whatsoever

I'm surprised with the previous review and can't help but wonder if that was a change outside of his control. Rates fluctuate all the time and this isn't necessarily the agent's fault, but an industry thing.

I've been a customer of the Braunwalders for 13 years now and haven't had any issues. They were great when I came by just after an accident I'd had and helped my frazzled self get my insurance claim squared away. He and his wife have always been really helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt in returning any calls and answering any questions. Ernie's always been really good about making sure we've had the coverage we need vs what we don't need, so reading the only other review here (so far) about how he "took" money surprises me.

They're both really sweet and nice, and I personally haven't had any issues with them in the decade + I've had them as my insurance agents/brokers. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for a Farmer's Insurance agent.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ERNIE BRAUNWALDER. He took thousands from my parents and never explained things clearly to them. After 25 years of getting business from my parents, he informs them that the changes in the initial policy will now triple the rate which would mean them paying $3,000 every quarter. Had he taken the time to explain this to them, they would've never continued paying the insurance. He is unethical and will take your money without regards to ethics. Please BEWARE!!!!

When it was time for renewal, Mr. Braunwalder took the time to meet with me and explained section by section my policy. The customer service I've received from his office staff is second to none. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. Ernie and his wife Juanita, who is a Health insurance specialist, run their office with Integrity, Dedication and Honesty.
