PS, was sent a message that I must be a relative, I am not. I actually wasn't a customer of Pro Beauty bc im closer to other shops but during this Covid experience they were open for phone orders, curbside and then open and were so helpful for me and I appreciated that and now a loyal customer

I had the most horrid experience at this beauty supply. I have shopped here for a year spent hundreds of dollars. I bought a bottle of dry shampoo, was returning it because the fragrance was so strong, I wanted to exchange. I have never returned anything to this store before. The owner who helped me the day before came over to me. I said I would like to return and get one that has no scent or a light sent. He just stood there and said he has 10 to 15 to 20 different kinds. OK can you point out where they are or can you grab some and put them here so I can look at them. He flipped out he said that I had an attitude and I was rude and that he wasn't my "go to boy "telling him what to do. Then he said that I had the same attitude two days ago when I came in. I was a palled I was in shock, here I've dropped so much money in his store and he can't show me any other choices? Typically when you go into a beauty supply store there's someone there to help you or show you around or what you need. Also I've worked at Nordstrom for seven years where the customer service is excellent I've bent over backwards for hours to help people, this guy would not spend a minute to help me and he was the owner. He then said you can just leave, I don't want you here, give her money back. He said I was just so rude and have this terrible attitude!
I was in shock and I got my money and I left.

I have never written such a bad review before this is my very first one. And every time I go in there there's nobody in there anyway shopping and there's a little young girl working there so I apologize to her I said I was sorry if I was being rude, I feel sorry for her having to work for him and the other girls that were really good that worked there aren't there anymore. I felt compelled to leave this review. And on top of all that I have never been spoken to like that before in my life in a store or ever been told that I've been rude or had an attitude.

here is my tale of this place.
My first time here I bought a fog free mirror to shave in shower, and replace the one I had. It sucked and I brought it back.. was told no refunds... how nice with a faulty product from china. So I got my girlfriend some of her favorite nail polish. Months later we were in area cause she wanted to get some leave in conditioner she likes so much, its called " its a 10" she bought it. Large bottle was 35.99 + tax. We went to mall and were walking past a small salon and saw the same product and it was 10.00 less..... But again, No refunds.
I would suggest shopping elsewhere

I had the worst experience at this place. I have never felt so discriminated against in my life.

I saw this place had a lot of good reviews so I went to by some shampoo and conditioner for my son and I. As I was browsing a woman asked me if I needed any assistance. I declined. I then hear a man tell her to watch me because I looked poor. I was not too sure if he was referring to me but as I continued to browse I saw him and the woman watching me and my son.

My son is 7 years old and is mixed. He has very different hair than I do. He has somewhat kinky very curly hair that is very dry. Well my son touched a bottle and the man told my son and I quote "Do you have money little boy? Does your mom have money? If not do not touch anything!" At that point I became furious. I told the man to not talk to my son and I want to speak to the manager. The man then told me to leave the store. I was so appalled. I raised my voice and said I want the manager or owners number. He said "I said to leave the store! I do not want to talk to you! Take your filthy black son with you and do not come back."

I was almost speechless. All I could say is "What is your name?"

He replied "Richard. Now leave MY store or I will call the police."

I was so disgusted that I just grabbed my sons hand and walked out with him. I could tell the woman felt bad but she didn't say anything.

Holding back my tears, I had to apologize to my 7 year old son for this man making his racist remark. It was the worst experience of my life thus far.

I urge everyone to not shop here.

I love going to Pro Beauty! Their products are amazing and they have a wide variety. Everyone is so nice especially the manager, Desiree! She provides us with so many tips and always recommends such great products! She is so sweet to me and my kids! In addition, she always has a smile on her face, she's so welcoming and funny! She also follows up with me afterwards to see how I liked what I purchased. No one has every done that before at a beauty supply store. She provides a special touch.

It is my go-to beauty store. I love that they carry my favorite candles from Nest. This store also has a wide selection of hair care products and skin care lines. Compared to other stores, the staff really knows their stuff and takes their time to help me find the right products. I love everything that they've recommended so far! They also have the best rewards program. You get 20% back on all of your purchases. Love this place. Will be back

OMG. I love this place. The owner is Super friendly and is always willing to give a helping hand and advise on new products that are out. They have such a huge selection of very high end products, which are not always available everywhere.

I can only highly recommend this place.
