Had really good service. Very helpful on how everything works pricesses and everything. Very satisfied with how friendly they are here as well.

The staff is friendly, the property is clean and well maintained, and the pricing is fair for the area. The rare increases can suck, but can usually be lessened if you approach them nicely

Moved in March. Easy sign up, office staff was friendly, and my unit was clean and ready. It's nice being able to have a breezeway before getting into my particular unit so I don't have to stand in rain or other elements.
My ONLY desire is that they fix their fence. I realize weather happens, and so do Snowplows, but still...

Otherwise, satisfied.

Should have taken a negative rating to heart. They charge you insurance- NO CHOICE. Moved in and now at 4th mo I receive a notice of a rate raise! Between insurance and rate raise I save nothing! To the good I will say that if you call in advance during the winter they will clear the ice and snow from in front of your storage unit door and even salt. Personnel are very friendly. I moved to save some $$ and this location is far from convenient for me. Guess it is time to do a major unloading and consolidate in a new location with a more reasonable price! THE BIG LESSON IS THAT PAYING STORAGE IS A WASTE! Just get rid of things! 90% can be replaced for less $ than you will spend over the course of a year.

Not a bad place to store your extra stuff. The storage spaces are not temperature controlled, have furniture scratching cement floors, and open to the outdoors (and the elements). Plus, the prices seem a bit steep especially if you get their insurance plan with your space. But its comparable to other storage centers in town.

DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE. This place is good at one thing and one thing only - getting you to store your stuff there. Then it's an absolute mess.

For starters, understand that every 6 months they will send you a post card in the mail telling you that your rate will increase. After 2.5 years, they always continued to raise my rate - one time by as much as $5.56/month. That's over $66 more per year. You can call and protest the rate change, however, 1) don't expect to get a call back. I've had to call over and over again (always leaving a message) until they finally call me back. Once they do call you back, they will only make a "deal" with you to raise your rate by half the amount they originally quoted. Not only is this annoying, but it's a painful process no one should have to go through.

Also, make sure you have your own home owner's or renters insurance. They will ONLY allow you to store your items if you have your own insurance or they will make you purchase their insurance. They never told me this when I first moved my items in so I didn't have my proof of renters insurance. So I had to buy theirs as I had my truck and trailer full of items when I arrived. They said I could bring in my insurance - which I did later that same day - but they still charged me. It took a lot of phone calls and a month to get that money back.

So please, save yourself the time and hassle and store your items at a different facility.

Just signed up and based off of the other places we looked into for storage this was the best rate and was most convenient for us. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to work with my schedule.
