THIS PLACE IS F***ING DANGEROUS AND DISGUSTING.
First, we came to check in, but the lady said that the room we booked was no longer available and the hotel refused to pay the difference for the downsize. She said that WE had to contact Hotels.com to get the difference, so we did and Hotels.com called her right there and then. She proceeded to lie to Hotels.com in front of our faces about what we asked for. When confronted about her lies, she began to curse at us. We were scared but also exhausted from our trip that we took the room anyway without the price adjustment.
What we saw next still gave me a nightmare. She gave us the most disgusting room with an unflushed toilet, expired and used milk in the fridge, sticky wall, spider webs, and illicit drugs in the cabinet. See the pictures for yourself. Needless to say, we left and stayed at the Marriott.
THIS PLACE IS CURSED.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 13, 2019
Complete dump. I was there for less then 30 minutes in the room as we tried to figure out where else we could stay at 1 am after booking this room on booking.com.
The room was dirty, dinghy and smelled bad. I nor my sons felt comfortable staying there and we requested a full refund.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chris H.Spokane, WA2001326120Oct 21, 2018
I had a meeting at the Denver Tech Center. My flight was late. I was supposed to stay at a friends house but I did not want to wake up the household so I figured I would just grab a cheap place to lay my head until my meeting in the morning. I had stayed at an Extended Stay America before in Washington and I gave it a great review. I booked this room with a positive expectation.
I did not get to the hotel until 2am. I rang the clerk from the phone box outside. Because it was after midnight, evidently my Hotels dot com booking was for that day. So the only way I could check in was to pay a $25 early arrival fee for the same day, which made no sense. I think it was their way to add to the profit of a discount booking.
When I got to the room, 372, the first thing I noticed was the bed looking used. The bedding was all over the place. Next, I noticed a smell of curry. Turns out the trash was not empty and there was somebody's unfinished meal in it.
The bathroom had one used towel and no toilet paper. No soap either.
The bedside table and biological material and shorthairs in the same area.
Lastly, there was a phone in the drawer.
I went to find the clerk and she was nowhere to be found and did not answer the phone. It was late. I was tired. So I figured I would go into survival mode and deal with it in the am.
I stripped the bed. Slept in my clothes. Wrapped the pillow in shirts. In the am, I took a sponge bath and washed my hair in the sink. Luckily I always travel with a towel. I wore my shoes at all times so that I did not step on a needle or something.
The next morning I went to the front desk and showed the gal the photos I took. She would not get the manager, Larry Rivers, Jr. She could not give me a refund because I booked it with Hotels.com. Shameful. I can only assume the place is going to be closing soon and they could care less.
I called Hotels dot com who reached out to the property to get a refund for me but they refused. I then e mailed the Manager, Larry Rivers, Jr. and sent him the photos I took with no response.
In closing, never book there. Hotel rooms should not be like a box of chocolates.
I am going past the manager and I do have access to one of the board members from corporate.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John L.Denver, CO170135803Apr 10, 2019
RECENT STAY REVIEW:
Rooms are okay. Definitely not completely clean, but mostly clean. My bed was made, but the sheets were terribly wrinkled and I'm only entertaining the thought of clean sheets. The bathroom was clean, and trash taken out. The cabinets and drawers are only semi-clean, with my cabinet in particular having a very big chip laying out on a shelf. Also I had two broken lamps that wouldn't turn on, so that's cool.
The issue of my stay was that I couldn't check in until 2 hours after check in time (which is 3 pm). When I checked in at 3 pm, the staff said it wasn't cleaned yet. They asked me to come back and that they'd call me, but when I asked if they had my phone number they said "no"... so if you're in the same situation, double check them.
There is a gym here. Looked very dingy.
You will continuously hear the road from here. If you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest somewhere else.
Got this place on a deal from priceline. It turned out to be the same price as a regular hotel, so until management here improves I'd book somewhere else.
UPDATE: Their wifi does NOT work reliably. Have to adjust my rating to one star.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bella H.Mesa, AZ014Oct 16, 2021
We would definitely give it 0 stars if we could. I feel like the pictures speak for themselves but this place was disgusting!! Between the mold in the dishwasher and the grimy bathtub we had to book another hotel. The only good thing about this was the staff at the front desk who immediately refunded us, he didn't even seem surprised. For a little more per night we were able to stay at a much nicer and cleaner hotel down the road. Don't waste your money & time!

Deciding to stay at this hotel has literally been the worst decision of my life. Extended Stay gives zero fucks about their customers, I got here and waited almost two hours for an employee to appear at the lobby to check us in, and once we finally got checked in they put us in a fucking dirty room where the bed hasn't even been remade yet. I have a LOT more to say so I will be posing again. But first we have to track down their missing employee again o try and get into a room that maybe has been cleaned recently... -_-
UPDATE: got moved into our new "clean" room.... THIS is what it looked like under the bed. Shit all over the floors too. This place is fucking disgusting. I seriously should call the health department. There is NO WAY this place is up to code.
2nd UPDATE: its now 10:30am the next morning and apparently neither the house keepers NOR the manager are on duty yet, so we're still sitting here in a filthy fucking room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ashley R.Aurora, CO141145Feb 20, 2017
Nope! Never again, and do not recommend this place.
AC/Heater unit: the plastic cover was being held together with an old piece of duct tape that, when I leaned against the unit lightly, came undone and won't go back in place.
I found previous stays' dirty old socks in nightstand!
Bedding is itchy and not clean looking.
The floor mat in bathroom is dirty.
Kitchen is a two burner and a sink and a fridge.
Wifi, have yet to get on, have been trying since we arrived.
Shower wasn't horrible, but soap residue in soap ledge (something so easy to clean) makes me uneasy- what else haven't they cleaned?!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Ian D.North Bellmore, NY11710Nov 11, 2018
This place was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, was dirty, it had outlets with no covers on them, dirty carpets, walls in kitchen were dirty, refrigerator was gross. I can keep going but I guess you got the idea. I suggest you not to stay in this hotel.

Absolute corporate crooks !
Overbooked, turned away at the door. At 1am. You couldn't call? Your overbooking rooms in 2018 ??!
A MONTH IN - STILL NO REFUND. 30 minutes of dealing with idiots on the phone, it's now going through my CC for my money back.
NO, NO, NO don't you book this horrendous place !Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - David S.North Fort Myers, FL10732313Sep 11, 2019
Drug addicts wandering the parking lot staying there. Had to take the ladders out of my truck bed. First time I've felt the need to do that. The room could hardly be more gross. Pretty sure all they did was make the bed with the used linens from previous guest. Office only had 3 towels, (room had none), & 1 set of linens. I got to sleep in someone's dirty fitted sheet and thin blanket. There was no top sheet and I'm next to the AC. There's blood, dust, & disgust everywhere. This place is cheap for horrible reasons. Beware.
