Express Gold Cash

I chose to work with this company because they have been A+ BBB accredited since 2008 and they had the most competitive rate for the value of gold. I ordered a free Express Gold Pack from them which arrived within a couple of days. This pack included very clear instructions on how to pack and send my delivery along with a pre-paid FedEx envelope. Once sent the package was easily tracked through the FedEx website and I received an e-mail from the Express Gold Cash company within 2 hours of them receiving it telling me it had been delivered and what the value was of all the items that I sent in. I have chosen direct deposit which according to their website I should receive within the next two days. Could not have been more pleased with the ease of use and value of my transaction.

After taking my gold to a few local shops for appraisals (they counted, categorized and weighted the items), I then shopped online for the best price. The pre-paid FedEx made it easy, but when i received the "evaluation" for the amount the check would be for...it was more than $1,000 less than I had expected. When I called and spoke with one of their representatives, they found that they had miscounted and misweighed the items. After they corrected for the "missed" items, the price was still off, and they found that they had miscategorized (all was categorized as 14K, but some was 18K and 1 was 22K). At this point I had serious doubts about their integrity, and asked them to send the gold back (which they promptly did).
