Express Glass & Board Up Service

Years ago a guy with a financial grudge toward my roommate arrived with a baseball bat and bashed in my new hurricane-glass front window. It didn't completely break, but the top half was shattered and glass bits were all over my kitchen table. My roommate put a piece of plywood over the top half, because we had no money at the time. Years went by. The homeowner's insurance guy came out and suddenly the plywood wasn't going to cut it anymore, attractive as it was. Ha ha.
Emails and then calls to the hurricane window place eventually resulted in impossible solutions. Thousands of dollars to order and then come out for one window only (framing, etc) and also the order would take months. I don't know when the bulb went off in my head, but NO ONE in all these years suggested to me to call a glass replacement company. I guess I and they assumed they were for cars and didn't do hurricane windows. THEY DO!!!!!!!!
For a little under $500, the top half of the hurricane window was done two days after I called them. I was in shock. All these years...
They were fast and reliable. I felt a huge mixture of utter stupidity and relief.

The guys are great meaning the techs, but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ISABEL THE MANAGER SHE IS A DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING. Threatened to remove the glass after I took only 15 minutes to send the payment thru zelle. Unfortunately zelle had me verify the email and she went off on me one of the worst experiences with customer service from this lady. Hopefully she finds god. Find another place because this manager of the company really is the worst from the beginning when I called just to see how long it would take she had a ugly attitude and just worst customer service experience ever. I see I'm not the only one who she has had issues with hopefully the company can remove her because clearly this isn't the place for her. Threatening customers that's insane she is the lowest of the low customer service.

This company is sucks, I called on Tuesday March 9th so setup a appointment for Friday March 13, they said technician will be there between 10 am 11am, and they will be calling me to give me the price. Today Monday March 16th, I called the company and they said they have to send some one there tomorrow , but I need 72 hours notes for the HOA let then go inside.... they never said apologize for the problem and said I'm wrong.
Terrible customer service

Horrible customer service experience over the phone. I would love to know how their actual service was but the technician never came. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for today. Yesterday, when I initially made the call, I should have known that something was awry, because the person answering the phone was highly unprofessional. When she picked up, I heard a barely intelligible "glass repair." I was unsure I had the right number, so I confirmed that she was, in fact, part of express glass. She responded affirmatively and set up the appointment in a very brusque manner. I figured, "well she's not repairing the glass, let's see how this goes". Appointment window came and went. No call prior to the appointment to confirm. No call during or after to indicate that they were running late. Finally I called the company again to find out what was happening. She answered again. She did not appear to care whether or not we pursued their business. She then informed me that tech was running late and he would be here in "an hour or so". At that point, I realized that they did not value my business very highly so I decided that I would go with the Glassperts.

My dog broke my window right before a hurricane! They came fast and repaired the window in no time! Great service!

Called this co. for a repair quote on a glass sliding door that had a bad crack. It was not a ER. The day I called, they had someone out for estimate within 30 min. I was quoted $375 for replacement of the glass. On the way out I showed the man my front window, which was cracked in a couple spot-on small panel. He said he wouldn't charge for window. So glass sliding door and window pane replacement $375. We called other companies and got higher estimate s, not including glass window. The guy that came out was professional and was very nice. We called a couple of days to set up job. The first appt they didn't show but called later to set another appt, but didn't show on time so I called because I had errands to run and we decided the next day would be better (it was the day before 4th of July -Sunday ) I was surprised they offered that day but it worked for me! They arrived a little late but they made it out and replaced the glass in the door and window within 30 minutes -fast. They did excellent work. I would use them again because they did a great job and they did it quickly! I'm giving 4 stars due to the 2 appt reschedules.

My sliding door was broken due to kids playing in the backyard. Called this company to get a quote. They offered a free estimate and the technician arrived at my home within 45 minutes. I called around to a few other places but Express Glass gave me a reasonable price and got the job done fast. The technician was very friendly and professional and cleaned up very well.

If you want a window issue fixed quickly, same day and do not mind paying a little higher price then this company is perfect for you. Installer was super nice, clean, fast and my window panes are all fixed now after storm damage. I will definitely use them again!

Great service! It took a little longer than they promised, but it looks amazing my door again!

I called them to replace my sliding glass door at 11:00 PM since they had replaced my neighbors exact same glass door a few months earlier for $200.. When they arrived they told me it was $980.,I was shocked that they can try to rob a woman in that fashion ,they told me it was the night time price.I would never recomend them again. Express Glass damaged my 3 M window tint,on the glass door that was next to the GLASS SLIDDING door . ExpressGlass when they replaced my glass door,when they moved it. It cost me an extra $200. to replace the 3 M shield on my slidding glass door. They managed to tell me it was damaged by the thiefes,and it was not their problem, so they would not have to fix it.
