This park has a comfort station next to the parking lot. It has a well manicured field. Throwing a Frisbee to tossing a football no problem, lots of space. Most trees are around the parking lot. Enjoy

Ewa Mahiko Park is a very busy park in our neighborhood. There is always some type of sporting practices going on or some type of sporting event. The children in our community definitely makes good use of this park.
After many years the City has made some improvements by adding a gym which is super hot, but now our children can attend a summer fun program in their own community. There are tennis and a basketball
court now and even Zumba classes.
Ewa Mahiko Park is definitely an important place for our children. I just wish the City would water our park. It's very hot in Ewa and the grass is always dry and brown. I think our children deserves a green park to play in and I don't think that is much to ask for.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Rick T.Chicago, IL01Mar 2, 2023
Great for Pickleball! Very friendly group. Jeff and Vicky are great organizers. Skill level is appropriate for both highly skilled and beginners. Enjoyed immensely.

My husbands been playing basketball league here for a few years now. It's a great indoor gym located in ewa. The gym itself is always clean and pullout bleachers on both sides of the court. Outside is the district park with a baseball field and outdoor tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. It's a great in between for people who live in ewa-kapolei.

Yo whatever you do don't take your shirt off in the gym unless your best friends with a chubby fat guy who might be the manager or something like that. The guy was about 50 feet away from me telling me to put my shirt on while I was talking to
My teammates and did not hear anything he said. Then once I looked up the guy said to not point a finger at him. This is very confusing because there were about three other people changing their shirts right next to him.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Joe C.Ewa Beach, HI596113Nov 19, 2016

I coach co-ed kids ages 8-17 yrs old volleyball here since Mahiko gym opened few years ago. This review is for the gymnasium.
This is definitely a nicer, newer gym. Most of my daughters PAL volleyball games are scheduled at the gym at Ewa Mahiko. While watching her team play, I found a nice spot to sit that had a nice cross breeze. It was like an indoor air conditioner, but only in that one spot. Try to find it :)
Hint: it is not on the bleachers
We had an easy time finding parking, and the actual area of the entire park is huge. After the game, the kids spent time playing outside the gym area.
Only thing my daughter kept asking if there was a play structure. We didn't see one.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jhing P.Kapolei, HI9354101Jul 5, 2019
The kids have their Summer Fun 2019 here at Ewa Mahiko, for the price we paid, I would say it's so affordable that you wont regret it at all. The price included lunch and all their field trips. My kids enjoyed each activity and have exciting stories all the time.

This is one of the newer gyms (compared to the other gyms I've been too).
They have indoor basketball courts as well as outdoor basketball courts and tennis courts. It's pretty brand new, but of course, we're talking sports here, it's bound to get messed up too within time, there will probably be a lot of wear and tear, but if everyone pitches in to keep it clean and reports all damages, this gym can last long.
Again, toilet seat covers, toilet papers are a must oh and sanitizing soap would be great lol. I pay taxes, doesn't hurt to askHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jill H.Houston, TX17952801431May 8, 2014
I always take my dog on walks here. I really love this park but I see where it's lacking.
Well first off the bathrooms are nice!!! For a park. So more stars. They have tennis courts, basketball courts, a field and a community studio.
They need shade and more seats! Where do you sit. And the grass is the most horrible thing. Don't go barefoot! So much weed not even my dog wants to walk on itHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
