Burger King

I love Burguer King but the manager/supervisor on charge of this establishment this past memorial day is a complete moron, pretentious troublemaker that gave me and my companion hard time, I received my order, he left but I wanted extra napkins so I asked, no one answered so I reached for a few, so this guy comes back and flipped out, whining why I did that....hey buddy I ASKED FOR IT! don't give me your stinky attitude if you don't properly help costumers!... I worked in mcds long time ago so I know the drill...IMO you were just pissed off because you were working on a holiday! GTFO and stay home!!!

Every time I order from here on Uber eats, I have to end up canceling the order. They make the pick up person wait an eternity and if the driver gets there someone else has grab my order. Like how does that even happen. And they won't even do anything else to fix it. It's absurd. And you can't even do pick up at store because there is never parking, and if you make it inside the order is never ready and everyone has an attitude. The manager there sucks. This place needs to be shut down. As much as I love Burger King is not worth ordering here.

I have been going to this burger king for over 30 years and have never been so disappointed in my life.
First my burger was iced cold so when I complained the manager ( the mother nit the daughter) asked another staff member to microwave my burger. When I asked for a fresh burger instead, her response was to ask the cashier if I asked for fresh. Is it supposed to be fresh? This lady customers' services are horrible and should be removed asap from treating customers. I will be reporting mother to corporate and her general manager, who happens to be her daughter. Nepotism, anyone?

Chicken tastes bad. I believe this is last month stock . I am a fan of Burger King crispy chicken and after this I will never go this place again. Need to focus on quality control #burgerking

I have ordered from this Burger King for my family at least 15 times over the past 18 months via Uber Eats...predominately because it is the closest one. But I would say 30% of the time 1 or more items are missing from my order or wrong. I don't think it is the Uber Driver, as those vary. The only constant is the service at BK. Tonight we only received the burgers, NONE of the sides that we ordered. Fortunately Uber Eats will refund you for the missing items, but my kids are disappointed and I am just annoyed. Glad that we will be moving out of the area soon and hopefully will find better service in our new town.

I ordered a curbside pick up as an option advertised on Google, to find out that the location doesn't honor this service instead you need to suffer to find a parking spot in an extremely busy area. I picked up the order and it was missing one sandwich, I tried to call back the restaurant no one answered the phone. I submitted a complaint to Burger King and never got an answer. Horrible company no professionalism.

Don't go! some high school kid who can't do anything. My Apple Pay showed I payed and she was like "oh then you didn't order it or it didn't go through". Then they called my name and instead of apologizing and acting like an adult she just ran away when the guy gave us our food. This is some bullshit.

This place is pure garbage. I place multiple orders thru Uber eats and they ALWAYS mess up. I just placed an 11 item order and I get 5!!! This is unbelievable!!! All of them should be fired, the manager there sucks, worst customer service ever. They should close this place down.

Nasty management... They don't accept tmobile offers, they make you buy something in order to get the offer....when it says nothing about that on the app or offer, and they were rude and nasty about it, so I left. They won't see me again

They're Fooling me!!! I placed an order thru Grubhub. The order was very delayed due to the restaurant. I called them and they said the order would be coming soon. Then I wait another half hour. The Grubhub driver told me the restaurant was closed and cancelled my order without notice. Why didn't they tell me that they're gonna cancel my order is the first place??? I waited AN HOUR for just a single burger and ended up with nothing!!!
