Hands down Taylor is the best wax girly in the building! I've been coming to her for the last three years! She makes you feel comfortable she's quick, fun and just overall gives your an amazing service!!!

Also love the front desk guy I think his name is Chris! Welcomes you in with a warm welcoming. Just love this place!

I've been a client of EWC for about 5 years? Their prices have gone up over the years as with most service providers.

With EWC, it's a bit tricky in terms of finding a branch and waxer that is consistent with service and quality. I had my second visit here today and feel that this location is pretty thorough, efficient, and easy to work with.

As of November 2021, the promotion of buying 9 waxes and getting 3 free are not only for new clients but also for returning guests! It's $558 for the package which breaks down to roughly $46.50 before gratuity. Not too bad I suppose considering it's easy to get an appointment at most EWCs and you're usually in and out within 15 minutes. I renewed that package today.

I'm looking forward to returning for my future service needs. Hopefully, the quality and service remains consistent. I'll keep y'all posted.

Maria is amazing. She is always making sure you are okay throughout the process. Offers products that will help with mosturizing, ingrowns, etc. After previous experiences I will continue coming to maria. She is also very sweet! Definitely recommend her for any service!!
A very welcoming environment.

This location hasn't been my favorite in the past, but lately I've been pleasantly surprised. I've been coming here for a few years now and service has been hit or miss. However, the last few times, it's been fantastic. Today I had Jasmine (hoping I'm spelling her name right) check me in and out. She was awesome - so efficient and helpful!

The waxer I use is Ashley. She is super sweet and great at what she does. Waxing can be awkward and time-consuming, but she is super friendly and I'm done in under 15 minutes!

The first time I went, I had Desiree wax me and she was so fast and attentive to detail. She got every single hair and she's super nice and easy to talk to! Now every time I get waxed, I only book with her. It's so easy and painless. She's amazing!

Aweful place. I had an appointment at 13:00 (10/23/2022). I came at 13:09. But they said that their clock shows 13:10, so it is already too late. They have 9 minutes policy. So 1 minute really matters. Are you serious? 1 minute! taking into account that their customer's clock still shows 13:09. But they insisted that their clock is more accurate and 1 minute really makes difference, it is matter of principle for them, so there is no way they can take me.
Do not recommend this place to anyone, this is disrespect towards their customers.

It took me 5 minutes on Sunday to find another waxing specialist at the same day. There are so many specialists in the area, just don't spend your time on this rude, disrespectful and unprofessional business.

Arantza is the best wax specialist and I highly recommend her. I've tried a few others at various locations before finding Arantza. I won't be going anywhere else.
