Horrible service. Can't be bothered to find you listings. Not knowledgeable about area I wanted, even after I gave them specific details and names of communities. They don't answer messages and I had to keep following up to ask THEM for house listings. Don't waste your time just go find another realtor at the start. This one won't help you.

I called Ted to show us some houses in Ridgefield Park. We got a babysitter for our 3 kids and were excited to go house hunting. We met the owner Ted and his wife Connie who showed us one house in Ridgefield. We were expecting to see more than just one house. And they seemed to be in a hurry just showing it to us. The one house we saw wasn't even to our likings, so they promised to send us some listings. We liked none of the listings they sent us. They weren't what had been discussed for our family's needs. They said they'd come to give us a market analysis on our house. They bailed on us the day before and changed the date to the following week. I called them Friday three times to confirm our Saturday appointment. Connie said she would get back to us, however they did not confirm. I assumed they were still coming since they did not call to cancel. Saturday came and I still did not receive any call nor did they show up to our appointment. We had told them already about our bad experiences with no show realtors in the past, and they just added themselves to that list. When I called Ted to see what happened, he said they were on vacation. I got a short brief unapologetic apology, while here I am on the other end cleaning up our household of 5 plus 2 pets to show. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Bergen County Realtors.
