Eric's Frame Repair

Frank was able to give me a rough estimate on my vehicle damage via email, of course knowing that might change upon physical inspection they still beat out local competitors pricing.

Upon drop off Frank let me know he would run one more estimate based off what the actual repair would be. Some hours were subtracted here, some damage was able to just be easily cleaned and removable. All in all it was a fair quote and we moved ahead w business.

Frank kept me updated Thru the 3.5 week journey of my repair. Covid and shipping played a part w the longer repair time, which I expected as well. What I can tell you is Frank worked his butt off in tracking down these parts, and weighing pricing, he truly EARNED every dollar that I spent with them. He was fair, beyond fair actually, and honest, and when it comes to the car industry having someone you can trust is priceless.

My car turned out beautiful. I am excited she's back! As I am just as excited to share this review. They have won my business and I will actually be returning within the next month or so to get my brakes done w them too.

Don't be fooled by the low key setting. I have taken 3 separate vehicles to Eric and Frank for repairs and these guys are rock solid. They know their trade and are honest. They come highly recommended.

Amazing service! My husband took our 16 yo sons 4-runner to check out the frame and it was rusted beyond repair. Eric was super helpful and wrote up a report, took photos and then didn't charge us when we picked it up. Hard to find service like this anymore.

Eric's Frame was highly recommend by another well reviewed body shop in Vancouver when I had a specific and urgent need before flying up to take delivery of a used car. All I can say is that they don't make many like Eric anymore as he made time and addressed the issue with better customer service and accuracy than I had received anywhere else regarding this matter. I get in and out of cars all the time and if ever again I have a frame issue in the area I am going straight to Eric.

Eric's replaced the body mounts on my Ford Sport Trac. Got it done right, in the time they said, and at a reasonable price. If you have a 2001 to 2005 Ford Sport Trac, you will eventually need to do this job. Take it to Eric's!

My F150 needed the driver's door, rocker panel, and left fender repaired/replaced after a car sideswiped my parked truck. Frank inspected and discovered door frame damage that needed to be repaired to ensure the door would close properly. Other shops I went to didn't even see that or put it on the estimate. He provided me a detailed repair estimate. The repair was completed on time and exactly as we had discussed. Great work at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend you bring your car here first.
